Terrible bed side manner. I went here to have a HSG procedure done and they treated me like I wasn't even a person. This was very painful procedure to have to the point I couldn't go through with it. The Doctor and the nurses showed no compassion for what this meant for me at all. No encouragement, hold my hand or something, you guys just need to do better with your compassion to your patients overall.

What a disappointing 2nd visit in the Orlando office! The front desk agent has the worst customer service, treated me like she was out to get my money and that was it, no remorse, no compassion, no communication and even when i asked to be referred to someone who can better advise me on paperwork and billing, she didn't seem to have the information. Needless to say, am looking forward to start treatment and I have no documentation on any steps to take. This is the 1st clinic I've been that they give you no information, no cost breakdown and also don't verify insurance costs and need for referrals before your visit. It's a shame that agents can ruin clinic reviews for the doctors.

They had a gentleman speak with us in place of the doctor. He told us that the United States did not allow Traditional Surrogacy. He told us that the woman carrying the child was not legally allowed to use her eggs, that we would need to get a doner. When we told him that the state of Florida's website states that it is legal. See FS63.213,
This person did not know the Florida statue and is giving out incorrect information, trying to get intended parents to pay more for additional services as they do not perform traditional surrogacies, so he claimed it was not legal for any fertility clinic in the United States and that it has been this way since the 1980's. Please intended parents, seek another fertility clinic if you're declined. FRAUD ALERT.

The worst customer service from the office manager, nurse practicionner and the doctor, they put pressure on you to make you talk about medical analysis instead of reaching out to my previous doctor. They want to get your money and make you do the whole treatment with them over again otherwise they will call you dishonest and make it even illegal to treat you! They treat patient like garbage, doctor Gomez was hidding in the office sending some rude unprofessional stuff! Please never go there and never trust them with your treament they are all about money.mistreating and disrespecting people without working in collaboration with other doctors or clinics. I will never recommend them even to my ennemi

I’m currently a patient at Fertility of Orlando and needed a second opinion due to having my first IVF frozen embryo transfer fail. During my new patient consultation I learned so much MORE within one hour than I have under Fertility of Orlando’s care since JULY of 2022! At Browns I received sympathy, respect, knowledge and support.

Thank you so much team.
Truly mean it, you have given me hope in becoming a mother soon!

I don't think I was ever going to leave a review for this clinic, but after finding another one I felt like I should. I've had a total of 4 different cycles/treatments with Brown and nothing was ever changed with my specific plan. Despite all 4 failing, they always thought the same brand/dosage of medication was fine and my body was "responding well" to it, but yet still not pregnant. My doctor was Dr. Gomez and I saw him ONCE (for less than 10 min) out of the dozens of times I've had appointments. He never performed any procedure, never called me, emailed me.nothing. That never sat well with me. The only good thing was the nursing staff. They are phenomenal! However, if I'm paying thousands of dollars I'd like for my assigned doctor to show me some type of empathy at the very least communicate with me or ask me if I have any questions or concerns. I just didn't feel cared for at Brown. I felt like they were just happy to take my money and didn't care if my treatments worked or not just as long as my card was approved, all was good. Infertility is such a delicate and sensitive topic for me so I need a team who wants me to succeed and will do everything in their power to get me there. That is ultimately why I decided to part ways with Brown. My greatest piece of advice is to do THOROUGH RESEARCH before deciding where you go. If you don't mind feeling like just another number in the system, this is the place for you! If you'd like a little bit more compassion, would not recommend at all: (

Wish I could zero stars. Be prepared for over peeved appointments thats aren't needed multiple contradicting answers for the same question. Nobody here knows anything and always gives incorrect information. Took something that was supposed to be fun and exciting and made the whole process a nightmare.place should not be in business.

The women here (main office) make you feel so comfortable and so at ease! I had 2 female doctors and wow. Even the ladies who take vitals are the kindest, caring ladies. They all turned an anxious experience into a pleasant and comforting one. Recommend 10/10

We went to 2 separate offices in the central Florida area and had horrible experiences at both locations due to the office staff. The doctor we worked with at the Orlando location was wonderful, but that was the only positive. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and the nurses were very rude and unprofessional in both locations. In a medical setting, you often interact with nurses and front desk staff more than with the doctors so they can make or break the experience. We constantly felt like we were interrupting their side conversations with their peers and we were embarrassed when they shouted our medical information loudly across the waiting area when they went to communicate with other workers. We understand that everyone has bad days but there wasn’t a single visit that we weren’t receiving a bad attitude from the staff. So grateful we switched to another clinic, just wish we had done so sooner!

This is from a (husband) point of view with my wife. I don’t think she will get on here to leave the negative review so I will.especially since I own my own business and get reported reviews. So let’s get into it! So my wife and I have been trying to conceive for sometime now going through the struggle. We decided this would be a good place to start.we were sat down and told that my wife would almost have a 0% on giving birth naturally because of a tube issue of hers. Which makes makes you feel lifted right? … she also had blood work that day as they fished in her arms as blood was going everywhere… as if it were there first day on the job. Then, we were ready to do a surgery this morning and fasted, used special shampoo drove to the hospital & were mentally prepared for surgery…. Then to be told that the surgical procedure was cancelled due to other reasons for my wife’s primary who ordered an eco. Which is understandable. But we were never informed. So here’s a day spent and a dollar short for an “oops! ” Sorry but hey! We can write you a doctors note for you’re work… no… my wife wasn’t happy the first day we went. Nothing was uplifting… if anything upsetting on her end. And more of a “money scheme”
I wouldn’t recommend this place… as a husband to a woman trying to not waste time and conceive.

They have been very kind and welcoming since the beginning to both my husband and I. Dr. Gomez is very professional and keeps a positive attitude and even makes you laugh at times. I’ve been going since July and haven’t regretted it since then.

There are many fertility clinics in Orlando and I can promise even the worst is better than Brown fertility. They’ll comment here and promise the experience will be better next time and they are improving. It won’t be. They cover too much ground with the locations, the communication is nil. Offices everywhere with literally one person doing billing that’s overworked and has no help. (Ask me how I know). Someone commented that it’s mere luck they have success- this statement couldn’t be more true. Are they helping people sure, but if you want to be forgotten, call a million times to get your calendar, wait 2 hours for an appointment, and not be told your embryo grading before the transfer (let alone how many you even had) then Brown Fertility is right up your alley. 3 IUIs and 2 rounds of IVF. We wore the shirt and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to any Brown Fertility location.

Brown doesn't feel like a doctor/patient experience. They will forget to chart your information, they'll consistently change your appointment times, they will lose forms they ask you to fill out, and they will belittle you during appointments. I have asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and no one has contacted me. I've been very disappointed with their services. They still haven't sent my records elsewhere even though I completed the request over a month ago.

Got referred by my Gyno, booked a month in advance, filled out tons of paperwork, called and setup special benefits with my insurance at facilities request, spoke to multiple people on the phone explaining my situation, had to sort out if I still had an appointment after their system glitched (multiple calls), only to be told 1 hour before my appointment today that they don't help people who need a repro endo unless they're looking to conceive while laughing at me? Ah, the empathy and compassion is strong here.

PS- Your PDF files aren't screen reader accessible. You might want to hire a specialist for that. Probably your website too. Good Luck!

I'm sharing my experience after sitting here reading many reviews and having my own personal experience.

I'm currently supposed to be seeing Dr. Cabrera. After going to the office for my visit, having a very quick consultation that was read through so quickly with limited explanation (which we thought would be okay at the time as generally these things are explained during the procedure or work).

The receptionist in the front office did not seem happy to be there, was very rude when taking my documentation, questioning if I had even turned in the documentation as I told her I had. Later, she was able to locate the email with my insurance information on it after receiving attitude from her.

That same day we were getting our blood taken for genetic testing. The office was clearly closing as people were packing up and leaving, and turning off lights. My husband, two kids, and I sat in an open exam room for roughly 30 minutes waiting to leave, as we were told we only needed a quick blood draw and could go. We were the only patients present, but waited very long times. (Though I wouldn't be bringing this up if it weren't for the whole experience.)

My procedures weren't explained. When I went to get my blood taken at the lab- they took 17 viles. No warning. No one explained what bloodwork would be done, especially not how much. I drove myself to this appointment.needless to say driving myself home was not fun, and honestly dangerous. If my expectations would have been set that could have been avoided.

Lastly, I was told to call in the day of my period to tell the girls in the office it's time to schedule my HSG. The first time I call, it's the weekend. I leave a message with the answering service as I was directed by my nurse to do- but no one calls me back. I end up having to call back again to ask when I'll have my HSG screening. The only availability now was the last day of the window. Which ended up being cancelled (just like a lot of these reviews say) because of "machine malfunctions". I now have a month wasted. With limited guidance and explanation.

I try calling today to tell them again, that my period has started. And wait on hold for almost 30 minutes. There is no sense of patience care and urgency with this clinic. You can read the responses stating it's because of "better pregnancy rates" but the customer service rates outweigh the "success" promises.

My husband and I have decided that we will be going elsewhere than seeing Dr. Cabrera again, to avoid our already poor treatment and future heartache.

After 2 week of waiting for mine y my husband’s appointment they call to say that the person performing my test has something else to do at the time of my appointment and I need to go hour and half early. I scheduled the appointment for both of us at the same time because we live a hour away. The day I scheduled the appointment I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them to coordinate the appointment, now they said that they can not move both appointment and if I want to go I should wait 2 hours in their office waiting for my husband appointment. The woman in the phone did not even look if their have any earlier appointments for my husband, it was take it or leave it….
