Wow, I left here in shock. As a military dog ​​trainer I know that it takes a lot of dedication and attention to maintain such a disciplined place and such clean kennels. Especially with pets and non-working dogs.

My colonel and I dream of owning a place and keeping it as well as this one. 11/10 standards. This is the only place I would board a pet dog from Boca to The Keys.

Excellent place for daycare or boarding. We have boarded our golden doodle here three times and he always has a great time. They send daily pictures of the dogs also which is a bonus.

We have been looking for a place to leave my dog. I visited multiple facilities. As soon as I found them I felt comfortable and safe to leave my dog. I knew he will have an amazing time and experience socializing with other dogs. They shared multiple pictures per day and updates. Thank you for taking care of Oprah. 100% recommended

I have 2 giant schnauzer and they have stayed and been bathed multiple times at Bruno Happy Dogs. The staff is amazing and the amenities meet and exceed the requirements that I like for my girls. They are very accommodating and provide great follow up. I am a very happy customer!

Bear LOVES Bruno’s! They are always so accommodating and understanding. Bear is a sweet dog, but can be very timid and reserved around people, but loves other dogs. This is the first time using Bruno happy dogs for my dog but my family has been using them for a little while. When I dropped koda and the 2 others off I couldn’t feel more reassured that they were in good hands and will enjoy their vacation just as much as I will mine. Now, exorbitant prices aside, we picked all 3 of them up on Monday (because they don’t accept Sunday pickups, pretty convenient for their pockets) and noticed that Sun, our big sheepa doodle, was sick. He was throwing up and having diarrhea and we were really worried. So, we isolated all of the dogs in the house to make sure the other two don’t get sick. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. Now we’re stuck with 3 dogs who are throwing up and having diarrhea, none of which was present before we dropped them off I should add. I tried calling and the lady on the phone kept offering the same solution that they can have their vet check the dogs out, however, these dogs were rescues and shouldn’t be seen by anyone other than their life long vet, especially not a vet working for the company that is trying to defend themselves. I requested a refund for the weekend and they said they’d have to see what our vet says and the notes left on their file, which we all know would be 10 times more expensive than the refund would cover. Their facilities look great but clearly their vetting process for which dogs they bring in lacks integrity if they’re having sick dogs walk through their doors. Think twice before sending them here, I’d rather pay the same price for a friend to watch my dog next time I go on vacation.

This place is really great. Dogs have space to run and be free but that is also why it’s not so great. I dropped off three of my dogs before going away for a short weekend vacation (3 nights) and everything was just fine with all of the dogs before they were dropped off. When I picked them up my biggest one that doesn’t have history with lethargy, nausea, throwing up, or diarrhea came back with all those symptoms while my two puppies both came back with the worst diarrhea I’ve seen them have. When I approached them they offered to take the dogs to their vet, which I do not like as we have our own vet that has been taking care of these dogs since they were born.
