Bru's Room Bar & Grill - Boynton Beach

Tried to dine in with no help available. Greeter ddnt greet, just stood smiling. Told him twice 2 please just kinda looked and waved his hand. Wemt in and sat 15 to 20 minutes. Bartender 8 feet away, not even a glance. We laughed and walked out.

My day was complete after a wonderful visit at this Bru’s room location in Boynton. Thank to Lamont, Taylor and the rest of the entire staff. Thought I was getting triple wings, but not only that, I got the hat trick. Service, cleanliness, and food. Take a bow ladies and gentlemen, you made my night.

Went There today with my husband it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant literally sat at a bar top table for 15 minutes with a bartender just ignoring us. No wait staff to be found.will not recommend to family or friends. Not sure how they are even in business. Wanted to leave a zero star but would not let me.

This rating is for the outside bar only. Never eaten inside, but HIGHLY recommend the outside bar, as hot as it may be. You will never have better service or personality!

I took my husband here for father’s day i was very embarrassed the food was horrible he ordered the chicken bbq dinner it came out eith one piece of rubbery chicken breast snd a corn it looked and even worse tasted awful the rice was hard i dont know what dry rotten beans were on it even the wine tasted sour the worst food ever!

Looked nice from the outside. Inside is just dated. The atmosphere is in dire need of updating. The food was tasty but wasn't memorable. This place has potential and probably was great years ago but it's past it's prime. I hope the owners revamp soon. Fantastic location.

6/9/2023 stop in for lunch, ordered 1 draft beer. Requested another and the waiter came back with a 3/4 glass and said it ran out. Ok now what? - He said the manager said it would be at full price and if I changed it to a bottle it would also be at full price? Crazy, so I took the 3/4 glass waited 15 minutes and return it for credit and ask for a glass of water: Theanaher must be really thirsty and that is why the place was empty, Go to Buffalo Wild Wings next door!

The food is delicious, I just wish they had better service.they do not take orders over the phone you can only order online. And the wait time is always long on top of that when you get there food is not ready at the estimated wait time.must of the time I end up eating cold food. Or I have to warm it up when I get home. Need improvement on customer service.

Excellent (sweet!) spare ribs. BUT NOW, 5 years later, Food is still good. BUt we had very irritating service. It's Saturday 5/27. Came in about 4 PM. ORDER taking was slow. There was a Horrendous computer glitch. Our and other checks could not be produced. We had to INSIST the local staff into letting us pay cash and then had no money left for a Decent tip.

A man (a tech) there kept sweeping a card Into a register but it would not produce a check. Finally they took cash using a calculator. They need training to Deal with such Emergencies by writing out some receipt check and taking cash. We were delayed maybe 30 to 40 minutes getting out!

The worst customer service. I've been going to Brus room for 15 years at different locations.but the past 5 times I've been to the Boynton beach location has been horrible.this time I ordered on line got there NO ONE was at front desk. The only person that acknowledged me was the guy waiting tables.not his job but kept saying someone will be with you.after almost 20 minutes of being ignored I went to bartender and then I was finally greeted with someone that complained under her breath that she was supposed to be on break.not a friendly welcome.as long as I was waiting for my order realized it was sitting behind the front desk the whole time.what a shame.don't think I'll ever go back.a 15 year customer lost

Hi, we dined in on 4/22/23. After reading reviews, we weren’t sure to go here or not but it was walking distance to our hotel, so we can have it a chance. The host, was unreal, no greet, no smile however, Alissa and another lady bartender helped us at the Bar and they rocked! The beer was nice and cold and they changed the keg because it just kicked as we ordered. Our food was quick and pretty good. We had the nachos and just a sampler but it was fast and good. The dining room was slow, there was one server who seemed very short with his guests and overwhelmed even though it was slow, but I’m glad we sat at the bar. We ended up getting shots and staying longer than expected just because of Alissa’s friendliness and attentiveness. Sadly this used to be my favorite place to get wings, (triple threats) but this particular location has fallen Way tremendously, me and my children went there last week to hang out and eat, not did the apps take forever to come out 15 minutes for two fried items that should of taken six minutes, and when they did come out they only brought out one, so we had to wait an additional two three minutes for the other one. Needless to say we never got the food we ordered, as we decided to leave and go else where, as we where prepared to leave that's when our food was coming out. Our server clearly did not know what she was doing or simply did not care, and no manager ever came to talk to me or fix the situation, and they still charged me for the drinks that we didn't even finish. The place needs a serious cleaning as well. Sad.

We waited FIFTY minutes (not an exaggeration), for our check because their system was down.they didn't offer any kind of discount for holding us hostage, let alone any kind of apology for wasting our afternoon. Before that it took a very long time for our food to come out l, approx 25 minutes for an appetizer and another 20 minutes after we finished the appetizer to get our food. (it was middle of the afternoon, hardly anyone in the restaurant). Will definitely never be back.

I am a big fan of Bru's room. Have been for years. I have visited all of the locations and I have to say the Boynton Beach location is losing touch. Bartender disappeared for 10 minutes at a time, leaving patrons with empty glasses and dirty dishes. When asked what she was doing she said she had to take a call. This location is never that busy when I go and there are a lot of people walking around working but it seems as management is losing control of the staff.

Food costs have been rising but the prices they are charging are outrageous. 3 beers and 10 wings shouldn't cost $50.00. Between the slow service and the crazy prices, I will be looking to go elsewhere from now on, don't waste your time. Please don't respond that you would like me to reach out to the info address for more information, its useless.

I ordered grilled 50 wings for carry out. It looked and tasted like it was prefried and then chargrilled. The chicken wings were so dried and lack of marinade. I had no moisture left whatsoever. Even beef jerkies had more juices and flavorings. Bonus 2 stars for good blue cheese dressings.

Went there with my kids and the server was so hostile that he cursed in front of my kids, threw drinks down on the table and made one of them cry. The management Michelle didn't bother to do anything to rectify the situation. People like this should not be working in customer service or food industry. They should stay home or get the mental health treatment they need. Food was horrible but I can deal with that part, it was the hostility and negative energy in the place.

The food is absolutely delicious. However, plan to spend your entire night waiting for food and sitting and not great service. When we first went there we spent 2 hours waiting for burgers and a kids meal. We decided to try Brus again to give them the BOTD another two hours waiting for food and service. Not to mention our waitress forgot quite a bit (no fault to her I’m sure) the restaurant was also almost empty. I’m curious to know how they run football Sunday because with service like this on a Tuesday I can only imagine. Did they have one chef? It’s such a shame the foods so good because we won’t be back.

Was this saved by the menu there was supposed to be coleslaw is it sad? I was told when I called back they discontinued that a year ago. I assume they stop giving you as much fish to cause there was one big piece of fish in there and that was it and 5000 potato chips. Will never go there again to get that type of food

First we waited at our table for over 15 minutes with no services before I went and said something to the hostess. Then the waitress come over and said look around we are busy. (which was kinda rude) with a attitude

Second we ask for a order of Doughnuts hole she told us those were horrible and not order them

Third. We asked for a refulls of of our drinks and she said Ill bring it and she NEVER did. I was told the cups were dirty I would need to wait on my glass of water.last thing it was other 5 minutes before I got my check and I just end up leaving my cash payment on the table.

This was my FIRST time at your restaurant & the experience was just HORRIBLE. I was very disappointed with the waitress and the service I received.

The bartender (Ryan) couldn't be bothered to serve a "Snake Bite" - literally 2 beers in the same glass because they were 'kinda busy' during the Final Four. Geena saved the day regardless, if you want to keep her around surround her with more competence staff that isn't afraid of working in a busy bar.
(Couldn't imagine if it was - say - a Dolphin playoff game.)
