Bru's Room Pompano, Pompano Beach FL

So just called this place first time ever wanting to try it.called for a pickup at 11 pm their hours clearly state they are open until 12: 00am I was informed I couldn't do that at this hour for a pick up mmmm? No worries first impressions leave a lasting one.someone could learn a lesson from Chick -Fila. I'm my opinion

So heres the thing. I ordered wings for pickup, and for some reason (i dont really do the drums) they gave us ALL drums! Mind you it was great as usual but next time i will tell them to recheck the bag to make sure my order was correct.

Decided after the dreaded question “What’s for dinner tonight? ” Us locals went to Bru’s Room in Pompano Beach. Had a great time! Valerie took care of us and had us laughing!

They either try to save money by skipping items from your pick up order or are sloppy. I called to bring this up prior to placing my next order. Was asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to hang up on my call instead of correcting or at least apologizing for messing up. In addition to cheating, food was mediocre and definitely skip the mahi sandwich this thing was not edible.and the side of veggies for it was missing. With so many places to eat.this joint will not get my business again. Disgusting experience.

Xander was our awesome waiter. He is still training, and was a rockstar! Thank you for the awesome service Xander, and delicious food!

It's actually a fun place to go to. I've never had food there so 4 stars. The bartender and staff were wonderful. Bathrooms were very clean. Definitely go again. Prices very reasonably for drinks. ️️

This is my favorite place to visit when we are in Pompano. Live in Buffalo, NY and this is the best pizza and wings around. Just like home. #BillsMafia

Being a big Dolphins fan, Bru's Room holds a special place in my heart. They have a extensive menu.and it's ALL good!

Never been treated so bad in a Brus room. Took about a hour to get our food. Forgot to bring silverware. When we asked for our check the waitress went and talked to a friend for 20 minutes and then brought our check. Forgetting the box we asked for. We then asked for a manager. The manager on came over and started yelling at us. Cussing at us and literally had no idea about customer service. Go to a different sports bar. I’ve been going to different Brus room for over 20 years. Very sad I won’t be returning to this one.

I used to come here more when I lived closer, but now that I moved further west, whenever I'm around, I try to dine here. My husband and I came here for a late dinner and the service was great! The food was so delicious and the atmosphere was nice. The service is also great! I had their wings and breakfast burger, which never fails me. Nice for a quick bite or for a large group of people looking to gather to eat. The option to eat outside is great for when the weather is nice!

Definitely not like any bru's room i ever been to. Started off bad when there was no one by any of the doors to sit or help you. Then sat outside and waitress showed up and we asked about drink specials and her answer was yes we do. But asked what we wanted instead of telling us the specials. We ordered fried pickles and batter was just flour and not fully cooked. Then someone had a dog there and was barking and growling at people. Dog owner just smiled. Have tobsay wont be back there

I wanted to take the time to give Kourtney the credit she deserves. Kourtney is always so wonderful and cheery and makes our dining experience such a pleasure every time we visit. She always remembers our drink/food orders which makes us feel like valued customers every time we visit. I truly hope she is recognized as an asset to your business.

Richie “floor manager” need more training and change his personality absolute unprofessional, he can not handle pressure or talk respectfully with his customer.
Our server was ok on beginning but she turn to the diva end of our visit for no reason.
FYI i still tip her.
I am a regular guest the last 15 years.
I hope the owners will make some change to fix the issue and find a better people to run and represent the business.

Great service and food, we dined outside (10 of us) and the server was awesome. My family had the fish dip, buffalo chips and the hot wings all of which we very good. Actually the *hot* flavored wings were excellent, cooked just right and the hot sauce was yummy. The fish dip had a little kick to it which was a pleasant surprise! Oh and the half eaten key lime pie I posted was THE BEST! It tasted like the awesome I had in Key West! So I got the Key West flavor without having to drive the 4 hours yes!

My favorite place to grab a few beers and watch the game. The bartenders are friendly, and take care of you. The food is on point. The prices are great. I like the covered patio/outdoor bar.

If you ask for celery & bleu cheese, they charge you $1.25 and then give you "2" celery sticks and bleu cheese ridiculous!

Ordered DoorDash. Items you expect to be soggy for restaurant delivery were crispy and warm. Best wings I’ve had. Fried Mozz GREAT! Tenders were juicy! Tots crunchy and warm and onion rings the same. Philly cheesesteak was A+. Never been here in person but their food and to-go game is on point. Definitely had to leave a good review. Well deserved

First hubby loved the wind and lil one loved the burgers the Philly steak sandwich was great just next time I'm ordering with extra mushrooms and onions

Waitress didn’t care for anything but to send attitude… rude, walks away and says wait, opps sorry I’m a customer asking for a menu as you walk by the stack of menus. Thanks for not caring about a table of ten, you showed yourself nicely….

The atmosphere and the attention to customers is amazing, not to mention that the food is exquisite. I had my first issue when I ordered to pick up my meals for my family got home to find that I had ten wings in each of the two containers. I ordered 16 triple threat garlic minced.
Immediately called and I was giving a credit for my order being mistaken w quantity of wings.will still recommend and will continue to dine here w my family and friends.
