Sour Milk on Oreo Blast. Dealing with a sick teenager. Please check your ingredients so no one else gets sick. Not a happy mom atm.

Totally amazing ice cream, way creamier than average ice cream. The house flavors are usually very good, but aren’t in stock for long so enjoy them while you can. Very good service. Nice benches by a tree to eat at. The larger to-go portions are also a favorite of mine.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.always amazing. And the store location has great, friendly customer service. Parking area has a good side area to sit in shade. Easily the best ice cream in Tallahassee.

This place has the best butter pecan ice cream I've had in years! Plenty of outdoor seating and in the evening there is a nice lit up seating area as well

The Employee that helped us was very polite. One thing would've been to get my whole order correct however the politeness to me made it a fair trade.

Next to Godby High school. Can be a little crowded in the afternoon.
Traditional ice cream shop. Above average ice cream. Reasonable prices.
Hires high school age staff who might, otherwise have a tough time finding a job.

You will find yourself specifically craving this ice cream after trying it. It is truly unique, flavorful, thick and creamy.

Haven't been there in like 3 years like everything else the price went up but still very good and would go again in a heartbeat

First they gave me a small size even though I ordered a medium. They remade it for me but the portion was significantly smaller than usual and there was a hair in it. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

We love the tharpe location and all it's super nice employees.
Last nite they even gave our puppy a
"Pup Cup" icecream cup with a dog treat inside.
These ppl really enjoy seeing smiles on the kids faces (and puppy's).

Delicious ice cream and lots of good treats if you're feeling the need for a little retreat holiday flavors that are Divine don't forget to check them out cuz they're rocking on time

Better watch your wallet they'll rip you off.
They tried to change me 20 bucks for 2 ice creams straight them out the charge was 11 bucks

A nice place to go on a date and sit/talk but if you have children. This is not the place. You better off going to Publix and getting a quart because for a scoop of icecream is $5. Imagine in 2022 when prices go up lol

Although I've only been here once, I came at the last minute (which is so rude I do not recommend doing it) and the servers happily helped me! Without complaining at all. An increasing tip was the least I could do

I came to this Brusters after not being in tallahassee for a few months. I received my ice cream melted and the portion was very small. Big let down and the service wasn’t good at all but it never has been in the drive thru. Ice cream is delicious they just need a different manager that knows how to keep the Customers happy! Unsatisfied

I love this place but they are so stingy with the scoops the ice cream is good but some of the people that work there don't give u enough ice cream for your money

I waited in line for 20 minutes while they dragged their feet and once it was my turn in line said "sorry we are closed" THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! This place lacks all customer service. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my life for nothing. I wont be back and ill bad mouth this company and location to everyone i come across.

Normally, when I go to bruster’s the service and portion size met my expectations for the cost of the ice cream. Unfortunately, today, when asked to order a sugar cone and waffle bowl one of the male crew members had an impolite attitude and proceeded to throw a fit while scooping my ice cream. Not only was he unable to properly serve a normal size scoop, he did not manage to handle my cone with care but instead placed it in a bowl telling me to eat it with a spoon. It’s understandable that it was a Saturday night packed full of customers; however, this does not excuse someone from doing their job. Because of his foul mood I was unable to enjoy my desert yet alone be satisfied with my purchase. It was a waste of money considering that he gave me 3 half scoops of ice cream.

Couldn't tell u how the ice cream is.drove to this location for the purpose of using the online be dining pass that is listed for this address on Tharp. Only to arrive to find out they don't take them at that location.the girl worker thinks maybe they can take the printed copy, but certainly want convincing. Not a great way to run a business
