By far the worst experience ever. This place is a joke they don’t meet any high expectations. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional does not have a pleasant personality. There’s a guy that works there which I am adding his picture. The receptionist will be added as well. And he doesn’t help what so ever I left my glasses with them for a whole month to fix and they never even sent it to the lab he lied because the receptionist told me they never did. That’s so unprofessional & I paid for what nothing. The glasses were not scratched when I gave it to him but then magically they were. The guy is extremely rude and loud for no reason like your services are garbage and the reviews are lies. Stay away from this unprofessional & stealing place. BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TRY TO NOT GIVE YOU THE MERCHANDISE. I did not take those messed up glasses and I will be getting my money back. You are not above from the law. Do not start lying on me because I did not give you the glasses damage so lie all you want with your unprofessional & stealing employees. Saying I need to pay an extra $200 because you don’t carry the same glasses let’s be serious. The lens was not messed up it was the frame itself the screw came apart & it was suppose to be an easy fix but yet it took a whole month and you never sent it to the lab even your receptionist tells lies with that guy y’all are stealers. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SAVE YALL MONEY.

Be aware of this place! I’m not the only one they ripped off. Sold me some used chewed up glasses as new and denied everything. Stated it looked like a dog chewed on it when I clearly don’t have a dog. And very disrespectful!

I have been a patient for years and every time I call I can never get an appointment. It’s always next month and they will not see myself and 3 kids on the same day.

This is my experience when I visited Dr. Aling office. I have glaucoma and referred to him for further testing. After the eye examine, he told me that I needed new glasses. The glasses I had were only 6 months old. He said that he had Gucci frames that he wanted me to take a look at. So I found a pair that were grayest and looked nice on my face. My granddaughter liked them as well. He quoted a price of approximate $600. He took my Medicare card and a flex card that would cover most of the price. He ran the cards and then asked me for $364 that he quoted as the balance and my portion to pay. So without realizing I was overcharged I gave him my credit card. When I picked up the glasses I did not receive Gucci frames they were Guess frames which I did not notice to the following day. When I called the office to inform them, I was told that I got the frames that I asked for. He also told me that I never had a conversation with him about Gucci frames. I never looked at any other frames. What an insult to my very intelligence (a blatant insult to injury). When my healthcare provider contacted him they were told that I received the frames that I requested and that I owed him an additional $341. They also said that the cost of the glasses I received where $914. This amounts to FRAUD and the oldest trick in the world called "bait and switch. " I know that there are other victims out there because Greedy people do not stop until they are CAUGHT with their hands in the cookie jar.

Never received a receipt which would have showed me he changed the price and I did not think to ask for one. Also, you should be given a written prescription, but again, never got it.

I have been bringing my kid to Dr Alings office for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Dr. Aling is kind, professional and always makes my daughter feel at ease. Milton at the front office is absolutely amazing. He helped us find the most perfect pair of glasses for my daughter and made sure the process was smooth and fast. Would recommend Dr. Alings office to anyone.

Worst place ever. Rip of prices and called 3 times to get a copy of my receipt for insurance reimbursement. They refuse to mail one but when I drove 90 minutes out of my way to get one they couldn’t give me one. So I’m out $200.

Today we had a very unpleasant experience at this place. Thankfully Dr. Aling and his secretary saved the day. However the customer service skills from their manager Milton give you a lot to think about before doing business here again. The level of disrespect, the lack of professionalism and education of this man is unbelievable. He was rude, disrespectful and abusive towards my aunt, a senior patient because she asked for an estimate. He said they don’t give estimates and that the full disclosure of what she is paying for will be available for her after she pays. I have to intervene because I don’t understand why they can produce an estimate. His answer: ” because that the way it is and I’m the manager “. Once we asked for a refund of the money she already pay he laughed sarcastically and in a very disrespectful way asked us if we haven’t read the receipt? Which of course says there are no refunds! All of this while he was screaming and getting loud. We asked the receptionist if there was a possibility to speak with someone else. He followed and harassed her asking her what was she doing? The doctor came and talked to us he was very nice and of course provided an estimate of what my aunt was paying for without a problem. He also offered to take care of my aunt once the glasses arrived because I refused to have that individual/ self proclaimed “manager “ to lay a finger or be close to my aunt.
Being manager or owner or just an employee does not give you the right nor the authority to abuse an elder patient. Everyone has the right yo ask as many questions as needed to get clarity of what are they paying and what services are they obtaining for their money.
While waiting for the doctor I read all the reviews on this practice and all of them talk about the bad costumer service. I brought it to the doctors attention and I’m confident he will do something about it.

I don’t like them the doctor is rude. I almost lost my job.the wait for the glasses is long the doctor told me 2 to 3 weeks I went on the 6 of June and my mom when to her appointment the 9 of June my mom glasses have came back I ask if they could contact whoever was making the glass and I was no. I don’t recommend no one to go also they lied say my insurance paid for my glass which was a lie I paid outta poker my insurance covey my doctor visit.these people are scammers.

I regret not reading these reviews before doing business here. I agree with with all the negative reviews about the customer service because I had the same experience. They are super nice until they get your money. That receptionist is disgusting and should be fired and replaced with someone professional. She is the most unprofessional receive i have ever encountered. I waited over 2 weeks for glasses. And when I called just to get a friendly update after waiting patiently. I was answered with an attitude and intentional misinformation. Followed by being hung up. Not to me mention when I finally went to pick up my glasses in the store. She completely ignored me. I literally had to stand in front of her desk to get service. If you are considering this place - Don't Go! That receptionist makes the entire experience a waste of time. And you will regret spending your hard earned money there - I like I do.

One of the worst customer service. I called for an appointment for my daughter, receptionist took my number didn’t called back whole day and I have to call again next day. No apology instead she is showing attitude with me. Wow. Then she put me on hold denying she didn’t talk to me which is lie, as soon I told her I have a voice record she put me on hold again without asking to be on hold. Then one gentleman pick up and said they don’t any appointment till may. By the way I called on march 14. If you so busy and welcoming existing and new patients better tell client not to bother you. Stop wasting our time and have some respect please. Absolutely horrible don’t even bother to call them. Unless you want to get treated like garbage. Seriously. My childrens doctor was shocked too. He won’t refer them anymore. I have no word!

They are accommodating and pleasant until you actually want the service you paid for. My son's contact lens exam was on 8/17 and I still haven't received the trial lenses that Dr. Aling claimed would be ordered. The doctor told me I'll get them when they get there. Very rude and unprofessional. If you dont want to have shouting matches with your customers then provide the same service as everyone else. I asked a few opticians and optometrists and it is customary to provide trial lenses with a prescription change. They all asked who I went to. If your office is too cheap to provide trial lenses, you shouldn't be doing contact lens exams.

My kids and I all go to Dr. Aling for our eye doctor and eye glass needs. He is a great doctor and his staff are very helpful. The doctor is also extremely patient with my kids, the youngest of which is nine years old. He has been our doctor for years and is awesome!

Buyers and users beware! Needless to say back in November we purchased these frames and lenses at an exorbitant price and the frames are not even under warranty! I've been going to Walmart for over 20 years. I explained it to this lady that they give you a one year warranty on the frames why would I throw my money away knowing the facts? I was told oh no there's a one year warranty on ours as well.that was an all out lie! I called today and they wanted me to pay for new frames. I only got in November that they didn't even adjust I had to go to Walmart to have them adjust them for my children! I have an older daughter that goes here and her frames are free have the same insurance but that's a whole nother issue. Everybody's out to make a quick buck there's no pride here! You scammed me you didn't even use my insurance I paid out of pocket! This place is a scam the doctor doesn't care what the front is doing I brought it to his attention.

I called in to retrieve a copy of my fathers prescription and was told he needed to go in and purchase with them as they already started his order, he refused to go back as he says the girls were very aggressive in which i discovered when i called for help, First I was told i needed to wait to speak to the receptionist because the woman was busy so i call back and got the same nasty older woman stating she told me to call back in 20 after i waited 30 min before calling back, office refused to release prescription stating my dad owed them $140 when i asked what the $140 was for i was told his order, i mentioned 3 times at this point that we did not want to order glasses we just wanted a prescription, office was very rude about releasing prescription in fact they did not we had to go to a completely different office and take an exam all over luckily they did not charge us and we were able to purchase not 1 but 2 pairs of glasses that he loved! I will never reccommed anyone to use this office until they get rid of the nasty girls they have working, I believe i worked with the office manager. Very unpleasant!
