Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Fort Lauderdale FL

Calamari was great and reasonably priced. Fries were over priced considering it doesn’t even cover the base of the take out tray. SMH

Coconut shrimp tasted pre-cooked not freshly cooked or real hot. Waiter did not inform us that I could have got hush puppies instead of French fries. Not returning here.

My sons Fav place to eat in Universal Downtown. Because we are Landry Restaurant members, we had no wait time vs 3 hour wait for walk-ins. Celebrating his 18th Bday with friends. Great food, drinks staff that keeps us entertained.

Where do I start? We had to ASK for napkins and utensils, our waiter was very dry and always seemed annoyed or in a rush from the second we were seated. We were given greasy plates for our appetizers, which is amazing because I'm sure they had to of seen how dirty they were and gave them to us anyway. If I could give a half of star, I would. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Visiting from Utah and I must say this place is fantastic with outstanding customer service. Food is not too expensive and very tasty.

Nice waiter and staff.neat looking place. BBQ sauce excellent. I had fish and chips and fish was good but no seasoning breaded and plain. My sister got the scampi and shrimp was like rubber not eatable. Food not top of line for the prices. Recommend somewhere else to eat.

Restaurant was not busy…got seated and we sat there for about 10 minutes and no one came to us…so we just left…bad service…saw two servers just messing around in the back but didn’t come to ask us for drinks and etc.

Have to say it’s hard for me to really enjoy a good seafood restaurant, but coming here is always a sure thing! The food is just as good every single time. The service is also pretty well keeping in mind how busy they are. If you’re in the neighborhood stop by and just taste the delicious food!

Jeff our server was the best he had our cups refilled at all time my family of 14 enjoyed all the food, from gumbo to calamari to the grilled seafood trio. Two big thumbs up to the chef, the hostess Carmen, and our server Jeff & Trish thank you guys a ton

Food menu has gotten so small, but my drink was perfect and my shrimpers net catch was lovely. Kyle, our server, really held it down. He tended to multiple tables at once and didn't miss a beat. This review is literally for Kyle. Great customer service. Super attentive. Gave great suggestions. He even grouped a couple of tables together for some Forrest Gump trivia. At the end, I wet my mask by accident and Kyle bought me a new one wrapped in a napkin so he didn't touch it. Overall decent experience. Thanks for all that you do Kyle!

We always get good food here, but the service was awesome. Our server, Kyle, was personable and thorough, and he made sure we were taken care of. He even got us signed up for our rewards card!

We ate sea food all week in key west with no issues however the last meal we ate was here and my partner was sick all night and for two days after. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Shrimp is one of my top favorite foods and yesterday was my first time ever going to Bubba Gump, the one on Fort Lauderdale Beach. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I was expecting something hot and delicious. But none of the food was either hot or delicious. And mashed potatoes from a box that took 30 minutes.

Food was bland. No seasoning and made me nautious. Very disappointed as I worked for the one in New Orleans and it was amazing. Ft. Lauderdale FL location was super disappointing.

The place is totally a tourist bait. Service is very slow, it took about an hour to bring the food, drinks are almost non alcoholic, dishes are 50% fries.

I really love this food. This is my 3rd time coming to Bubba Gump but 1st time coming here at Fort Lauderdale, the waiter was super polite and always helpful. I came with my friend and she totally love it. I’ll be back for sure
