Fun night out, food was amazing. The food pricing was pretty good too. City walk is awesome if you’re in Orlando and want to have some fun, food for the whole family this is the place to be, free parking/entry after 6pm.

Erica who was at the bar was super kind and was accommodating, while at the same time working very hard. One of the best I’ve seen in the service industry. Thank you!

Food Was mediocre. The soup was thick and clumpy. The shrimp were small and mushy. Not worth a second trip. Server was great though!

Absolutely awesome staff, we would like to give a big thank you to our server Doug! Definitely was a great way to end the evening. Great entertainment and food was bussin, No cap, with the help of a great team. For my spicy folks Jambalaya, and fish lovers Bourbon Street Mahi Mahi! Thank you guys see you again soon.

Ordered fish and chips and Calamari but they were too salty to me and not impressive enough for me to come back. The food was not worth the price. The salad was also not good, the clam chowder was only thing I could finish all in my dinner. Sorry but I did feel disappointed with the food here.

It is cold in FL this week and this place had the air on even the servers had coats or huddies on with the hood up. We FROZE.
I got the same reaction from " the owner" as all the other reviews.we would have enjoyed our experience more without the arctic weather inside

Always a great experience. The food was perfect combo of taste and portion. Had the mahi mahi and shrimp. Mashed potatoes had great flavor with the grilled onions on top. Also stuffed shrimp. Still havent tried everything.

Atmosphere was great and my food was gd my partners food was super greasy and the fish was just gross soggy and way to much breading

We had an amazing lunch from start to finish. Our waitress Claire was efficient and so very sweet. The manager was on top of everything. Most of all the food was delicious! We can be picky eaters but not one thing we ordered was bad. Stuffed shrimp was to die for, gumbo special looked better in person than on the menu. Oh goodness the dessert made my eyes roll back! Well done! Looked and felt like total team work. Thank you Bubba Gumps!

Excellent food and very friendly service. The place is very well themed on the Forrest Gump movie! I recommend this place if you go to Universal city walk.

A restaurant that immerses you in the world of the film at the exit of the universal studio park. No waiting despite the crowds.
In addition, despite high prices the dishes are good and plentiful.
Small downside however regarding the unfriendly service received today.

First time at this restaurant, I ordered a jambalaya for myself, it was so spicy that I couldn't taste anything at all, unfortunately I had to leave my food, I know it's a spicy dish due to the sausage, but it was inedible, it was worth the experience But I won't be back!

Food & service were great thanks to our server Brandon! Loved that he asked us Forrest Gump trivia questions throughout the meal. It made the entire experience so much fun! 10/10

We loved the food and the atmosphere. Only issue was the waiting time. 30 minutes more than what initially agreed.but the food worth the extra waiting.

I crave for this food. The best shrimp I ever had in my life. It’s rare for me to say this but I ate all my food on the plate. 10/10

It was my birthday and while in the restaurant my fiancé advised the stuff several times it was my birthday. The waiter said oh ok and came back with an ice cream sandwich with sprinkles. Now I will say I feel like I was discriminated against because, they celebrated and song happy birthday to several customers but when it came to me I was given an ice cream sandwich and that was it no happy birthday, no staff celebrating me, so today is most definitely my first and last time visiting bubble gumps

I grew up with the Californian location so I wanted to try this one. My husband and I went for our three year anniversary and it was his first time ever at this restaurant. I'm happy his first impression was a good one. The food was great and our server, Keila, was so fun and kind. She deserves a huge raise! Thank you for being part of such a great memory for our anniversary dinner, Keila <3

Having been to this restaurant before and others in the Landry chain this time I was highly disappointed. I try to give fair reviews. The food here sucked I'm sorry but being a fairly good cook myself (I cook almost everyday for family and often friends) we ordered the shrimp basket non of the shrimp had any taste, the fries were over cooked, we also had surf and turf we asked for steak to be medium it came well done now to be fair it was so thin less than 1/2 thick it would be hard for inexperienced cook to get it right but it also had no taste, the mashed potatoes also tasteless as were the grilled shrimp the entire meal was bland no taste of seasoning what so ever, the broccoli was just steamed not even salt or pepper used. There are many spices that can add flavor besides salt! I would suggest the cook try some garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary and thyme just to mention a few. With other Landrys restaurants in the area I doubt I'll be back here anytime soon. And we were not leaving the parks we came here just for dinner.and only the steak arrived warm, all the shrimp and fries even the mashed potatoes arrived cool.
