Bubbakoo's Burritos, Zephyrhills FL

I ate at the Zephyrhills location today for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome, the young lady explained everything to me because I had never eaten there before. She was so nice, had great personality, excellent customer service and made you want to come back again. Not only was everyone nice, the lady that waited on me made some bombass fried oreos for us. Oh and I must add even the manager came out to see how everything was with our meal. Must say lunch was a 10 out of 10. I wish I had got her name so she could get recognition for a job well done. But she had many tattoos and a very friendly smile. Great job to Cinco de mayo lunch crew.

The staff is so rude and so unwelcoming it just kills it for me. Who wants to spend money at a place where they don't even say hello

Everything was good the food was hot and seasons well but I ordered curly fries with cheese and bacon and they send me plain fries when I call them they said they can replace my fries but they could not reimburse me my money that I paid extra for the bacon and cheese and dating have drivers so they can drop off the

We’ve tried the Zephyrhills location a few times, especially after reading reviews about other locations. Each time, something was left out or off of our orders. So it’s been awhile since we ordered. And yeah, here we are again! No fajita veggies on my tacos. No French fries, sour cream or hot salsa with my son-in-law’s burritodilla, & no cheese on my daughter’s burrito. Oh, there were a lot of caramelized onions & a 1/2 of a slice of green pepper on 1 of my tacos. Although We placed our order online, 20 minutes before my daughter got there, our food wasn’t ready— even though there were no people inside.
I was going to call the store, but it seems there’s no one to call.so I’m leaving this review.

First time here. Great food, great service. Very helpful with the ordering. Will be back. Highly recommend. Bring your appetite.

Delivery drivers stay away. Lack of respect and professionalism. Want to loose money and bad reviews from delivery clients? This is rhe place to get ZERO tips and bad reviews

First time here, we’re not from the area and wanted to try something local. The staff was beyond amazing. Super courteous, and the staff was attentive, and they all worked as a team. So it says quite a bit about their environment.

The food was great! I had the taco salad (highly recommended) and ordered a quesadilla for the kids. A lot of options on their menu which is also a big plus! After sitting down, the staff came over to check on how everything was which is something we truly appreciated. The owner even recommended we try a certain product when we come next time. Will certainly stop by when we’re in the area again. Thank you for the awesome experience guys!

They have some unique and interesting flavor combos like a Nashville hot chicken burrito and hibachi steak and shrimp! We will definitely be back. I gave 4 stars on the food because the steak, shrimp and even the hot chicken didn't have a ton of flavor, but they had sauces that certainly did. Next time I will add more sauce.

They were out of fried onions and I would of had to wait too long for them to cook. I asked for extra taco meat and I got a broken up hamburger, no sauce or seasoning. This is the second time I have been there and have had a bad experience. Never again. Taco Bell it is!

It definitely has gone down since they've opened. The portions are smaller.and $5 for a 4oz for queso I was floored it was super runny and wasn't even close to queso.

This place was awesome! Food was delicious! Generous portion sizes (which is great). The service was great! Everyone was friendly and friendly atmosphere! Definitely going back! 10/10.in short it was bussin bussin

Barely any meat and was reminiscent of day old bubble gum (chewy)
Best and most flavorful thing was the sour cream.
16.57$ for a shrimp and steak hibachi burrito with one upgrade fajita veggies is ridiculous for that sad excuse for anything edible. I had high hopes.
I won’t even get into the customer service.
Ugh I should have been paid for that experience!

The food was not bad. I had the egg rolls which tasted good, just wish they were fried a bit longer for texture. The lemon pepper wings very good. The only thing I did not enjoy was the burritodilla and it could possibly just the kind I ordered. Which was steak with mango habanero, the mango was just too sweet. Overpowered the steak for sure I tasted more sweet than savory of the steak. I’m be coming back food was fresh.

Went in later in the evening. The food was great but the employees were too busy talking to and interrupting each other to let customers get a word in edgewise. Employees must have been new, because they were unable to find anything. Apparently nothing was in the right place. Not sure who was manager but no one seemed to have a clue. I know that if you go in during the day that the maleanagers are there and it runs perfectly.

Very cool and clean place. Had a burrito and it was great They have some interesting menu items I’d like to try next time.

Been there several times and the food is good, staff are always nice and chill, and love the music!

Ordered leafy greens, got iceberg lettuce. Out of guacamole or they forgot it, but I was still charged for it. But the food is good there.
