BubbaQue's BBQ - Trenton

The food was amazing, but the service was horrible. They never come by to check on you. We got the salad bar but had no silverware. I had to ask one of the ladies sitting up front in her PJ'S, if we could have some silverware. There was only one table in there besides us. We ordered fried green tomatoes, and she forgot to put the order in. I asked if they were on the bill, and she said she forgot to place the order. I had the shrimp dinner, and it was excellent, and so were the redneck nachos. The quarter chicken and pulled pork meals were excellent, too. Too bad the service was so poor. We will pick up to go next time, but we will not be back to eat in.

Staff was kind. Food was mediocre, no authenticity or seasoning whatsoever. Seemed like a meal prepared from a quick frozen food grocery run. Not to mention portions were very small considering complete meal prices.

Eh, it's hit or miss with BubbaQue's. My experience is different each time. The rice was burnt so much I couldn't eat it. They didn't have any wings at the time which I understand, but it's my favorite item to get so I was a little disappointed. The food is a bit expensive for something casual. Certain days have deals on them which are good to look into. For the most part I would say experience it yourself and see how it goes.

But why did u have to start charging for water. Just the thought of that will probably keep me from going back

They were out of many items. Some of the orders were incorrect when served. Drinks were not refilled.

Food was wonderful. Plan to go back for lunch. Place was not busy so we kind of got forgot about.

Purchase the salad bar and ribs. Everything was excellent. It had the best salad bar, I've had in a while. Not your average salad bar. Yes, it had all the salad fixing as well as side salad dishes like pasta salad, potato salad, ect. It also had bullet pork, gravy, and rolls. Definitely could be a while meal. The ribs were good, fall of the bone. And all their sauces were tasty too. My favorite was the sweet.

They had no chicken and no ribs.the meet that was on the salad bar looked as if it had been there all day.the salad was old.the dip was thick and not eat able.they had no frost mugs.you ask for a anything the staff looked at you like you stab them.use to love this place.now it seems like it's under managed or not managed at all.no live music on Friday night. Terrible please restore to the way it use to be.

The food on the salad bar such as the meatloaf and gravy was horrible no taste and very drie.

Service is so slow! We had the salad bar, so the waitress brought all our meals in to go boxes to save herself time. Had to wait a long time to pay.

Salad bar had spoiled food. 2nd time this had happened and they don't remove from the salad bar. Chicken was boiled and no flavor. Food ordered took 45 minutes. Eat here at your own risk.

We were passing through headed to tampa today and decided to stop! SO glad we did. Awesome salad bar and great hospitality we will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Absolutely horrible experience. Ribs had more fat than meat, waitress tried to bring more out but those too were just a glob of fat. So much grease on them that it made us sick. Bathrooms were too disgusting to even use, had to go to a near by business.

We have been lots of times, it's hit and miss, the salad bar is amazing if you get there when they 1st set it up, but I don't recommend going mid day, at that point hot food is barely warm and the salad bar is a wreck

The service was horrible. Waitress couldn’t read what she wrote for my husband meal. Took 45 for our food. Table behind us came in 15-20 behind us they got their food first. Waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. Really bad experience. And we were 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Won’t be going back.

Greasy wings and ok barbecue. We were not given any barbecue sauce by the waitress. Had to get up and find it for ourselves. Ordered drinks. One was brought but she 'forgot ' about the other person's drink.
Couldn't find her when we wanted to pay.
Not going back.

First, I got everything except what I ordered. I can overlook that. Second, when I got what I ordered, Brisket, it was 2 slices of very cold brisket and a side of beans for about 20 bucks. No thank you. I hate hot food being served cold.
