Bubba's Roadhouse & Saloon, Cape Coral FL

We went here for dinner tonight. Huge servings. Great waitresses. It was my second time here. I love the food and fun atmosphere.

I have been eating at Bubba's Roadhouse for over a decade, it has always been a pleasure, good people, service, atmosphere and food. In the past few months the food quality has been declining. Each time I figured any business can have a bad day or two, especially during these trying times. But my last visit was my decision to not ever go back. I ordered the ribs and chicken breast combo, the chicken was over 90 percent raw and fortunately for me, I noticed it as soon as I started cutting into it, this is dangerous for anyone's health if consumed and is a serious health code violation. The ribs were cold on the inside. Although the waitress asked if I wanted a replacement of which I refused, I was not approached by anyone apologizing for it, but thinking about it, how do you explain something like that.

Ive been wanting to try this place out for quite some time now, the outside of the place smells amazing, smokey! The menu made my mouth water, the nachos were great. I ordered ribs and steak, award winning ribs that taste like they were cooked in an oven, i wasnt impressed, and smokey steak, the giant hole in the ceiling ruined my appetite because the ac kept blowing that musty mildew smell at us, server was really nice,

Was excited to go here, booked reservations online for 6pm. Got there and was told the iPad doesn't work so no reservations. 30 min wait. Guess I'll try again another time. Don't count on them having your reservation if you make one.

My first time at Bubbas was fabulous. The employees were really nice and courteous. PLUS THEIR BAND ELECTRIC SUNSET IS AWESOME. ID RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Baked potato on all our 3 orders were clearly sitting out for a long time. Steak had no flavor/seasoning. Ribs weren’t so good either. Green beans and jalapeño muffins were the best part of the meal.

After years of hearing about this place I finally tried it and it was disappointing. The salad was the best part of my meal. Baked potato was under cooked. The ribeye was thin, dry and tasteless.

Good value on brown-food eats. Roadhouse atomosphere, nutshells on floor, so it pretty rustic inside, on this night, felt warm in dining room. Prime Rib special (Thursdays $13.99) with two sides and jalapeno corn bread, 8oz slab served in a plate of AuJus made me worry about the doneness (med-rare) but it was spot on.big as Texas side dishes filling and overall good. (Green beans least fave).

Small little caution when they ask if "butter & sour cream" on your baked potato, or cinnamon butter on the baked sweet potato is Ok, know you will get both slathered all over the spud not on the side, its drowning in it, many scoop it off the potatoe.

This is a place for meat and suds, skip wine in the skimpy portion control mini wine-shot glass. It's low quality vino anyway.

Service is average, friendly folk, slight wait for the grub, but all in all for, ribs, pulled pork, brisket and the Prime Rib. This is a reliable choice, where you can fill your bag without $$$.

I give it 4 stars just because it's a great dive bar where the beer is cold and you can throw the peanut shells on the floor. The food is not bad, either.

Meat was over cooked and tasted like charcoal half was burn and the other under cooked, fries had no seasoning or salt chicken tender were saggy and no seasoning. The salad was the only edible plate and the guy on the meat wouldn’t let go of his phone no wonder the food sucked.

Best stop for meat eaters I've ever been too. A place where your kids can easily stay entertained while waiting for food. A rare, amazing find.

The 7 oz sirloin was max 4 and I’m being generous. We also didn’t get the right order when delivered and our dessert was not as described. Disappointed!

Since our family began coming here almost 20 years ago it’s always been great service and food. I could live off the jalapeño muffins!

I have eaten at Bubba's every Thursday night for the past 4+ years. My wife passed away in 2017 and 3-8 friends join me there every Thursday. Cody was our server and VERY on the ball. However, they moved her to the bar and the service in the dining area has suffered. Last Thursday they even forgot to put my meal on the grill. The others received their meals and were finished before I got mine. We thought the food has gone down hill. Tonight was even worse. People at other tables were saying they have ordered the same thing for years and the food just wasn't the same. We have eaten there over 200 times in the past 4+ years. Tonight was our last time.

This place was awesome! I've driven by it a hundred times but never been in this restaurant until a friend recommended it. For $7.99 I got a huge salad along with a huge stuffed baked potato. You can't go wrong at this place! Great customer service and a warm and friendly atmosphere!

Little slice of home. Ribs fell off the bone. Brisket was tender and juicy, homemade Mac n cheese, and a big baked potato.

Bartender even knew what an Irish carbomb was without looking at me like I was crazy!

The wife and I had steak, she had a baked potato i had a baked sweet potato. Both steaks lacked seasoning, her potato was old and barely warm enough to melt the butter, my sweet potato was small barely warm and also pretty much not fresh! The star of the evening was the Caesar salad and jalapeño corn muffin. Pretty disappointing for the money spent. I had a problem with all of this because they were busy and everything should have been fresh and hot!
