Amazing excellent customer service. We r be excellent customer service before we were customers. Once we joined buc a day the service got even better. They are extremely loyal and treat their customers right. One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Ron and Jason thank you for allowing our trailer to sit while we wait to move the RV. Thank you for everything.

Regarding Mary Orlando: You were a customer back in 2018, and you decide to complain now? I have your paperwork here and I see you owed us $786.45 worth of back rent. I can see notifications were sent to you numerous times, the last one was 7/14/2018 @ 1: 33 pm. You did not respond to any. Yes, you were locked out of the property, you owed us over $700, we aren’t going to allow you access with an outstanding debt like that. You received numerous emails from us as well as attempted phone calls all to no avail. Mary, you did not keep your word by keeping payments current. I see you were constantly late making payments, always with a new excuse. We gave you chance after chance to make good on your word, which you failed. I apologize that you dwelled on this over the last 5 years, but you are in the wrong, not us.

You could not pay me to store my stuff here. Fell on hard times and was told that if we made a payment we would not lose our stuff. Made a payment in the next day we went to our storage to check on our boat and we were locked out. Auction to off our boat just like that without proper paperwork or anything. I highly recommend you store your items elsewhere! Your word should mean your word!

We have appreciated the upkeep, security and value Buc-A-Day has provided over the many years we stored our sailboat there. Every time we’ve been in the storage area we find the entire facility, including roads and storage spaces, to be neat, easily accessible and well maintained, there was never tall grass or trash around our boat or other vehicles stored there. Over the years we saw improvements in security, fencing, fencing electrification, cameras, etc, and we always felt our boat, and ourselves, to be safe inside the facility. I have, and in the future will always, recommend Buc-A-Day as a good, safe and reasonable priced place to store a motorhome, camper, boat or similar vehicle.
