Had great staff. Very friendly, great prices. Go to them. Huge selection of all diff kinds of stuff. Deff one of the best! I kinda wish i have been going there.

My husband and I went to buccaneer pawn today. What a wonderful experience. The people there are fantastic! Very professional and fair. Prior to going to buccaneer pawn we stopped at value pawn. I would never go there again! The place was dirty, the people that work there were disrespectful. Buccaneer pawn is the place for me!

Been a regular customer for over 8 years never had a problem from day 1 good customer service and the prices have been from cheap to average nothing i have seen been overpriced the workers and managers plus the owner gets 5 stars from me the weapons are always priced right no crazy prices - ammo also even in these crazy days - I highly recommend this store one of the BEST STORES IN THE USA! 10 STARS - ALWAYS FRIENDLY!

I walked in wanting to purchase a handgun. One of the employees was cussing because there wasn't enough meat on his sandwich. I could hear him from across the room. That was as close as I came to making contact with an employee.

Five minutes later a fellow walked in, looking at the same cases I was standing in front of and an another employee, who was chatting with unhappy sandwich guy, walked over and offered to help him find something.
I must have been invisible! They seemed suprised when I just turned and walked out.
Thanks guys! 5 minutes later I was at another shop, treated with respect - I purchased several items and will be shopping there in the future.

I visited Buccaneer Pawn about a year ago. I had purchased a gun online and had it shipped here. Upon entering the store and looking at their gun case before picking up my order, I was shocked to see how awesome their prices were. They are amazing. I'm not going to shop online for my firearms anymore. I'll be visiting Buccaneer Pawn instead. They had great ammo and accessories to and with a great price tag. I'm going to go back before the Presidential Elections. It's a habit. Elections mean I need a new gun and to load up on ammunition. Biden already said he was taking our guns. He isn't getting mine.

Refreshing atmosphere. The staff works together as a team to get the job done. Very knowledgeable and patient.

This pawn shop advertised some of its bikes on Letgo. I messaged the seller about pricing and specifically referenced two bikes displayed in the listing photos. The employee went to check and informed me they were $120 each. I drove down to the pawn shop to take a look at the bikes and I was discussing the prices with the salesman who posted them on Letgo. I let him see the conversation we had on Letgo where I referenced those exact bikes and the prices he gave me, but he said he could not honor those prices and could not let the bike in question go for under $165. He stated it was a mistake, and all the pricing was wrong. I can understand that mistakes are made, but I drove from St. Petersburg to purchase the bike. It's bad business to not honor quoted prices, mistake or not.

Great staff, great selection on gun's. Purchased a Bronze PK380 I have had my eye on here for a while and havent seen another like it, not even on Walthers website. The gun needed to be stripped and cleaned, had a need for it the other day, racked one and the slide stopped, come to find out rust on the slides and barrel guide.not a problem after that and still 5 stars and definitely will be back if they ever get any other unique guns in

Jessie is a good person. Everyone has there own experiences when they come there. I've been going there for 20years. Owners are nice and helpful when there in. Staff are usually very nice but even I had a bad experience once when Jessie wasn't in.people usually dont like it when they are told the ring they want 500 bucks for, is FAKE! But these are good people! Greatest firearm selection in the area, hands down!

Absolutely HORRIBLE business. Needed 3 days to make a pawn extension, called and talked to "Jesse" who said it was fine and that he would make a notation on my account. Showed up 3 days later exactly when I said we would to find out that they had sold 1 gun, another was on lay-away and two were on the shelf for sale. "Jesse" was no where to be found or contacted and the on duty Manager was argumentative and muzzle swept me with my own pistol and became VERY HOSTILE when I politely asked him to not muzzle sweep me with a firearm. At best Jesse's "word" is absolute garbage and at worst they are THIEVES! You've been warned, do business with them at your own risk.

Love love love! I put a watch on layaway for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, and they were so cool when we came in just to look around. The whole staff was in on it, and no one said a word to him. My favorite pawn shop in the county! Great prices, great merchandise, and just a wonderful crew!

I wish I was given the option to give zero stars. After walking in and not being greeted, I was finally helped by a gentleman (wish I got the name) who was very rude and and utterly unprofessional. I came in with jewelry which I was looking to sell/scrap/pawn, he was very short with me and accused me of having fake jewelry pieces WITHOUT testing any of them properly (meaning with acid). Mind you, he simply tried using his obviously terrible line of sight and stated he would have to test them which I guess would have been to much work him since he didn’t. Instead he carelessly scrambled through parts of my items getting them widely spread all over the counter and dropping some on the floor. After drawing his attention to the dropped item, he rudely stated he would “pack them with the other fake pieces “. Needless to say I will not be returning buyers/Pawnees beware.p. S.the pieces were then taken to Gold Pros where they were PROPERLY tested and was reassured that the gentleman was full of it and I received just over $200 for the few items I brought which I was only offered $60 for from these crooks! Please educated your staff!

I don't understand how some of the people writing reviews think that they make sense? One person says "I've never been there" and leaves one star? Another says "They didn't answer their phone" and leaves one star? These reviews mean ZERO!

This is a great place to buy and sell. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've bought everything from guns to skill machines and even a car! Every time I go I there the selection is new, and it's like a treasure hunt. If you haven't visited these folks for a loan, to sale or to purchase, you're missing out. Thanks Ya'll!

Never been here but the one in Sarasota is Horrible. If you want a shop with 0 customer service skills. Then you will be fine.
But,
I suggest you go elsewhere.

I drove here yesterday 06/29/17 from Orlando to pick up a new gun. Customer service was excellent. Great knowledge of firearms. While looking around I also saw better quality tools and electronics than at any pawn in the Orlando area. Wish they were closer I'd be a regular!
