Buckley Windows is a great company that provides excellent communication to calls and emails and further the value of the products is superb. I thought I had an issue with a window after Hurricane Ian and they came over within 2 days. I would definitely do business with them again because they are knowledgable and their prices are competitive. Very pleased with my new impact windows and slider!

They were the worst I dealt with in getting a quote. It took days to get a response. They gave me a quote and I found out it was incomplete when they finally showed up to actually measure. The owner actually had the nerve to ask me why the items were not included. I responded to the owner with no reply back. I went with someone else.

Materials was on time, very well kept in their warehouse, experienced and responsive crew, especially Mrs Sherry Gould. About 15 years ago Buckley Window installed my impact windows. They recently installed three impact doors. Impact door installation is a bigger job than I thought. They install the entire door frame. My locksmith just left. He installed new locks. The old ones looked terrible inside the beautiful new doors. The locksmith worked so fast. He said it was much faster than he thought it would be, because the doors were so well installed. He said they were perfect, such that the lock hardware fit perfectly. The locksmith said he has never seen such well installed doors. Thank you Buckley.

Great company. They provided me the lowest cost for a custom window replacement. Our front living room window was broken. They came out and measured then quoted a price that was exact to the penny once installed. Hubert and his team came on time and finished removing old broken window and installed new one in just 2 hours. The window is 10 foot by 6 foot. Very professional. They cleaned up everything. They were considerate when I had a meeting during the installation. By far the best quality product and service and the most economical solution I found after looking for almost a full year. I will be using them again for all future window needs.

One great experience for a work on your house so important. From start to finish, from bid to installation, Buckley helped us navigate the process during the Covid Pandemic. Buckley kept us informed with details about supply chain distribution delays (due to Covid), and carefully oversaw the timetable for delivery and installation.

Installation was amazing. I had heard horror stories about the mess and destruction that could take place during installation! Not with Buckley. The installers built tents around the work site daily, and kept our condo impeccably clean and clutter free! At the end of every day materials would neatly tucked away. The installers were so considerate, friendly, quiet, and magnificent masters of detail. They met and exceeded my OCD standards!

The company is outstanding. Their installers are awesome and even cleaned up after they finished. I think what impressed me the most is I asked for a corner piece to be installed to match my windows which was not part of the estimate. A couple of months passed after installation and I was sure they forgot about it. Low and behold one day they showed up and the piece was installed. In today's world getting material is near impossible and they had to wait for it to come in. I was floored. They have done three other homes in my neighborhood that I know of and everyone has nothing but good things to say. Five star recommendation.
