Hail damage; Excellent service and great communication. Our insurance company sent us here. Mr. Darrell Kincaid took care of everything including payment of $9k that was more than what our insurance estimated $2k. All we had to pay was deductible.

My vehicle is still not right. I keep caltto have it fixed and there is one excuse after another! Beware

These guys are the real deal. Got me in and out in record time, did a professional job, and saved me over $800 from the car dealership quote.

I recently had my car fixed at Buddy Foster for some hit and run dents on my Genesis. I have used Buddy Foster before and I was impressed with their services. The other day when I took my car in to get an estimate I was greeted by a friendly man named Robert. He is knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly how they would fix my vehicle. Robert is an ambassador of customer service. I should also mention the other gentleman at the front desk (sorry I didn't get his name) he too was incredibly kind and professional as well. My Genesis was fixed in the time frame Robert quoted and I was quite pleased by their work. If you have a car that has dings, dents or more I strongly recommend using Buddy Foster.

Scam artist Buddy Fosters should not be allowed to tow crashed cars! My mother was recently in a car accident rollover and the vehicle was brought to buddy fosters, unfortunately. The office staff was very helpful and polite but the manager Darrell was VERY rude and passive aggressive. He parks your vehicle in a corner locked inside a small cage only accessable by his ramp truck which he says is suddenly broken now. Won't allow you to tow your own vehicle out without his help and he charges $37 per day in lot fees yet somehow he was charging me over $50 per day. By day 3 the price grew HUNDREDS and we had to give him the vehicle because he gave us no other options. He also didn't want us to retrieve our personal items from the vehicle but we returned at another time where his helpful staff DID allow us to collect our things. Try to avoid this scam artist. Extremely unprofessional.

Worst because Geico owns this company and this is why they sent me there. Worst experience in my life, trust me I'm calling the better business bureau as well as the attorney general. My car was in worse shape now than when they sent me there with that being said management was so unprofessional. Please pick your own place to take your vehicle to. WARNING

Worst company. They had my car 42 days and I get it back and the alignment is still off and the steering locks up. I literally have to turn steering wheel several times before I can drive it but I'm told it's fine there's noting wrong with the alignment ir steering. Then was told they would tow it to tire kingdom to have the alignment and steering looked at and get told the manager drove it and it's fine. Not very happy. I knew I should have never trusted them and should have taken it to the Toyota dealership in the first place at least it would gave been fixed right the first time. I even gad several friends tell me after I dropped my car off at buddy foster that they were the worst but u live and u learn. Bet I won't trust them again. The only way they will touch my car again us if the paint needs fixing since its under warranty.
