They are not very friendly and they do not want to work with you regarding issues one may have. They give you problems about fixing their merchandise!

Went in here looking for a new living room set, and this store was really dirty. I understand we live in FL and it's been rainy, but I seen german roaches on the couch I was looking at. Those things spread like wild fire so no thank you. I wouldn't recommend bringing home anything from here, unless if you are a pest exterminator.

My experience with this location used to be far surpassed excellent. However since the last time I rented any appliance from this location I have dealt with the last known manager of this establishment with a tablet I had been renting from them. I had no choice but to return said device because of family and or financial reasons and when the manager came to reclaim Syd item he greeted me with nothing but discontent, anger, and rudeness. Claiming that he was going to make myself and or a member of my family pay for said item after he had taken it into his hands and then proceeded to slam it upon the ground. After a short yet heated discussion he left the tablet in my possession after slamming it on the ground and proceeded to pull out of my driveway in a very rude manner. No need to go on about said sad yet very unprofessional situation, but needless to say it had ruined my experience with them forever! I had filed a formal complaint with their head office, however even as of current date, nothing that I am aware of has been done about this route manager/employee. I have not nor will not return to this establishment to rent any other device from this point on nor will I recommend anyone for that matter either. Keep in mind this was only my experience, however others may have a different opinion in regards to this establishment. All I can say is try them see how your experience differs from mine and take it from there. Just be careful and mindful when dealing with anything. This could happen to anyone or you could have the best experience ever the choice is yours. Mine however I had went to another establishment and have been renting from this other establishment for years now and I have no bad taste nor any discontentment.

The Buddy's employee that I dealt with, Charles, was so pleasant and assisted me in a very quickly. I got what I went in for and I wasn't able to find it any place else

They answer all questions and help when needed.
Even though the prices are a little too much when you’re paying the rent to own, but they’re good people.

The service of this store is super, the employees are the same but the girl who works there is an ostile does not know how to treat customers I speak Spanish and I feel and I notice that she is a racist with people who speak Spanish I think that in any The company is rude and what my husband and I are treated badly, but it is only her because the others with us is a super professional deal.

We had a unfortunate death in the family and everyone at this brooksville location has been AMAZING. They have gone above and beyond to help us throu this situation. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and will continue to do business with them and refer anyone and everyone to them.
