Dealt with an associate named Dwayne. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. His customer service was great and he was very detailed as I made a purchase on a bedroom set. He gave a good first impression and exceeded on a last one. Definitely will come back and do business again with this location.

I went to look at furniture. One of the representative was like I was not good enough to spend to much time with. He had a real bad attitude like I was bothering him.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to my paperwork right now to get the salesman's name but he was great, kind, efficient, professional, and my favorite QUICK! I will most definitely be spending a great deal of money th7ere as being a family that lives paycheck to paycheck it is by far the best way to get the things that we want and need for our home so greatful there are places out there that still think about the working class. I like the store bc I can find what I want and need to fit my monthly budget instead of having to fork out the entire amount at a furniture store etc. I also love the designer handbags they have. That may be my next purchase!

I was turning onto U. S. 19 today from 52. There was someone in a company truck turning in the lane next to me. Anyways, this person slowly swerved over the line as he was turning and nearly hit my car and then when I confronted him about it he had the nerve to start making all kinds of threats to me and my fiance and telling us to pull over as if he were really going to try and do something! One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. The person who was driving the truck number 572 today does not deserve to work there!

I have been a customer here for a few years and have always had good service. The guys there are amazing and will always work with you to find a solution. If you need a good place to rent to own, then go see them.

Went in got a truly used washer and dryer. There was dirt chunks in the bottom of the washer and lint in my dryer. I feel like if I’m paying over $1000 it should at least be clean and The dryer seal was broken. Called and complained about it they offered to give me a new one, I went into the store and they said the difference of pricing will go on to my contract or I could get the dryer repaired. So I was not going to pay more for their mistake. The gentleman told me the dryer repair will take one week and I would get a loaner. It has now been four weeks and they still don’t have an estimation of when I’m getting my dryer back.
