I will give this place zero stars if I could. I had an 1 yr warranty. And I they didn't honor it. What they did do is give me the run around for 3months. I purchased my washer and dryer from buddies on E. Hillsborough ave off of 22nd St. The Manager the employees and the District Manager off of E. Adamo gave me the complete run around. They did nothing but lie the whole time about fixing my washer and dryer. I believe they were waiting out time until my warranty that I paid for would expire. These people are theives and have no problem with scamming people out of there hard earned money it is literally sicking. Please don't waste your hard earned money here. Go somewhere that has good hearted people with good morals. I would literally have to call on different phone numbers to get them to answer. Once I paid off my items. There was no communication. Oh and if you are paying off items watch your balance closely! Differently if your paying in cash. These thieves will try to steal from you anyway they can. I've seen it with my own eyes. It is truly sickening. I paid for a 1yr warranty after my items were paid off and that was not honored.

Update
They finally picked up my washer and dryer. Kept it for over 3 months. Brings it back and it is worse than ever. I told them to take it back. Now they are tiring to scan me saying I owe them money. I didn't want to take this to court. But now enough is enough.

I didn't want to award any stars, but this will not post if I don't. I have been dealing with this location since 2015 and have NEVER felt so insulted and angry! The new manager, Larry, has added fees to my account without explaining it FIRST, withdrew money from my account without my authorization, and comes off condescending towards me. Maybe he has not considered looking at my record as a long-standing paying customer. I have bought several items at this location and currently have a television I would rather return to the store so I will not have to deal with him!

Make sure y’all remind Larry he was the same person Tony Watkins fired for stealing over 6,000 dollars worth of merchandise when he was at Adamo lol

I've been doing business with buddy's for many years. This is the first time I've been treated this poorly. New management completely disrespected me and it feels racially driven. Under any circumstances should a customer be verbally abused by someone in his position. Buddy's just lost a loyal customer and I'm sure many more to follow.

Mike has great customer service skills I was very impressed with his knowledge on products. He works with customers to fit there needs & budget, not pushing a sale just to sell. Kudos to Mike general manager at this location well satisfied customer!
