Nice place, some great cigars and firearms the prices are fair and the employees are very friendly will return for sure. Ask for Dennis great guy very helpful

The gun i Purchased only cost $200 online but they charged me $400 and when i told them i didnt want the gun anymore they told me they would charge me a restock fee which was $100. Dont go here

Happened into Buddy's Smoking Gun after a poor experience at a nearby arms store. I won't mention names, that would be rude but I will say that to get to the store from here, you need to go West on and street and use your Arms to signal turns

Anyway, I digress. When I walked in the buddys smoking gun, they had three employees all helping customers. Even though they were engaged in helping customers that were in the store, I was immediately addressed, recognizing me in the store and told her they would be with me as soon as possible. I browsed around for a few minutes oh, so they had a very nice selection of good firearms oh, I didn't see any "junk* and not only firearms, but they had a great selection of firearm accessories.

After less than 5 minutes, a very polite and professional employee engaged and began helping me. I was looking for two small Glock parts and he said about searching for them. He found one immediately and looked for the other for a good 10 minutes before he had to recognize that they did not stock it. While in the middle of this, it was constant conversation between him and I and also between another employee and his customer it was in the process of buying a badass looking shotgun. I asked a few questions about the shotgun, was not brushed off in any way, in fact I was pulled into that conversation.it was nice to realize that I was actually a customer in the store and they definitely showed that they cared about their customers.

I asked about installation of the part that I was purchasing, at a very fair price, and apologetically the employee told me they had no one on site today but I could come in Monday and have the particles installed.

Buddy's smoking gun, conveniently located in downtown Davie, is easy access for in and out of the parking lot and the store. The store is clean and well-stocked, and staff by professional and courteous employees. If you are in the Davie area, and need Firearms are firearm accessories I would highly recommend Buddy's smoking gun for your firearms and accessory needs

LAW ENFORCEMENT STAY AWAY

Brought a gun from them online and they took my money but never gave me my firearm. They refused to refund even they knew they wouldn’t have the firearm available. Shame they treat LEO like this. As hard as we work we shouldn’t be getting short changed.

Ordered a gun from them and was told it would take about a week to get in. A little over a week goes by no call. I called them and was told it should be here tomorrow or the next day. Those two days go by and no call. Called them again and they said it should be here for sure the next week. That whole week goes by and nothing. I was curious about the reviews about this place and there are numerous reviews about people not receiving their guns. The next day I went in and requested a refund.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. I was told to pick up my handgun in 10 days. AFTER 10 DAYS when I called no one answered the phone, So I decided to stop by; they said I will get a call.until today almost 3 weeks after I never get a call back. THAT'S IT. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Do not purchase anything from this store unless you want to be lied to and have your money taken. I am a very patient person, but this place really got on my nerves.
I went in and paid full price for a gun that they had to order. I was told it would take about a week and a half to be delivered. I called on the day they said it would be there which was a Tuesday and was told my purchase hadn't arrived and that it would be there on Friday. Ok, no problem. I called on Friday to see if I could come pick it up, and they said it still hadn't arrived, and that it would definitely be there on Monday. So I call on Monday to see if it had came in yet, and was told that it STILL wasn't there and that essentially it would be a few more weeks because they were still getting orders in from Black Friday. It's January! I asked for a tracking number, but the guy said they didn't have that information.which tells me it wasn't even ordered or on it's way. At this point, I was frustrated because I could have gone somewhere else and got the gun right away, but I wanted to give this place a shot (my mistake). So I emailed and requested a refund. A day went by and no response. So I called and they said they would process the refund and it would take 48 hours for it to process. 48 hours go by and nothing.shocking. So I call back and the guy said he would call and process it the next morning and I would receive a text with confirmation. The next morning, nothing.so I call back and he says that he forgot and he would do it now and I would get the text in 10 minutes.nothing.
So that's where things have been left off.
I don't have what I purchased, nor the refund back in my account.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS AND CROOKS! They do not know how to do business and just be honest with their customers. Pathetic.

I decided to purchase a pistol from this dealer because it is a Veteran owned business and the advertised price was good. Upon completing the purchase I asked how long it would take to receive my pistol. I was told by the end of the week or the following Monday. No call on Monday so I called and was told maybe Tuesday. I was in the area so I stopped in the store to check on the pistol. The two men in the store started looking through papers and said it hasn't arrived yet. One of the men stated they would call and have the order "rushed. " This lets me know that my order has not even been processed. Honesty goes a long way for me. I'm not sure if I will do business here again.

I came to this shop about a month ago and purchased a The 1911 Range Officer 9MM handgun. The shop owner was very pleasant, kind and extremely helpful answering any questions I had. The firearm is in pristine condition as described and no complaints what so ever. The shop owner even went out of his way as to give me a leather holster on the house and guided me to the proper location to apply for my concealed weapons permit. I would recommend anyone from brand new to the gun industry like myself to a well experienced person with firearms. They have everything you'll ever need and more. Thanks for all the help! Will be back.

This guys had a friend of mine (Gilbert) waiting for over a month for his Gun after he had Pay in full, telling him every time next week it will be here, and it was not, they don’t even bother to call you to let you know, and they have you waiting for one week to give the gun on top of that and that’s after it arrives at the store which it takes several weeks them telling you it will be here tomorrow then I’m sorry next week, oh I’m so sorry next week and it keeps on and on (even with the conceal license) I recommend going to nexus they will give it to you the same day (with the conceal license) and they actually value their Customers, unlike this guys, me and my boys which are like 20 people or more that decided not to do business here no more because of this they did to my buddy after his being recommending this place to everyone including myself, I spended almost $1000 in this place but after this we are going somewhere else where we fill value as customer and not feel like mistreated.

Called on the weekend of October 27th and asked about a gun in stock. They said they didn’t keep many new guns but if I wanted to come in and order it they can get it. They said if I ordered at the beginning of the week I should have it by the end of the week. I went in on Monday, the 28th and paid for the gun in full. They then said maybe at the end of the week or the beginning of the next week. I was fine with that. I didn’t hear anything on the following Monday, November 4th so I called the next day. Gun still wasn’t there but should be there that afternoon or the next day. I called the next afternoon and the delivery was pushed till the end of the week but I was guaranteed several times I would have the rifle before the weekend and would definitely be able to shoot that weekend. The gun didn’t come in by Friday so I called Saturday afternoon and the gun still wasn’t there and was pushed to Monday. I got upset because I was getting the run around after paying $1400 for a new rifle they didn’t seem able to get. The person on the phone gave me the tracking number and then said he was wrong, it wouldn’t be in till Wednesday so it got pushed again. In our conversation I explained I was very upset and he offered to throw in 250 rounds of ammo to make up for it. Using the tracking information it showed a label wasn’t even created until Friday, November 8th. This goes against everything I was being told for 2 weeks when they kept telling me it was on the truck and on it’s way. They basically lied to me for over a week. The rifle came on Wednesday but wasn’t ready to pick up till that night so I had to go the following day. When I got there they did bring the gun out right away but somehow the 250 rounds I was told were being set aside diminished and only 100 rounds were there for me. This store lied to me, gave me the run around for over a week after I paid for the gun in full and then didn’t follow through on the items to help remedy the delay. I was told I could come back for the ammo later on but at this point I will never do business with them again, even when I’m being given 150 rounds of free ammo. For someone to not be willing to return for a good amount of free ammo should explain how bad this experience was for me. It’s an unethical and unprofessional way to conduct business for anyone. I recommend not giving them any money unless you want to be lied to and let them hold your money hostage until they feel like getting the item you already paid in full for. I am considering filing more complaints since there should be a higher standard when dealing with these types of items. It’s a very cavalier way of conducting business especially for a store that sells guns.

I have Ben buying firearms from Brian for 3-4 years now always has what I want. He’s help my girlfriend her mom and even grandma find a perfect gun and never pushed for a high price gun. He’s truly one of the best people to talk to when looking for a new firearm

Buddy's Arms is the BEST in town! Best prices and great customer service! I have been dealing with this shop for awhile now and i wont deal anywhere else. I have bought from many gun shops in shouth florida but Dennis and the boys treat you like family. They have went out of there way to help me with all my projects and gun needs! A+

I walked in to buy something I saw on their site, customer was trying to leave, but the 3 sales people kept him there with questions, no one said hello when I came in and seemed to be avoiding me. After 20 minutes of standing there and being ignored when I was signaling for help for the first 5 minutes, I decided to leave. Once I had the door open to leave someone finally asked me if I needed help at which point I said "no" and one of them called out"reall0!? Y" as though I had wasted his time. Unless they have prices that are better than anyone else's shop or are the only ones carrying what I want, I will not be a customer of their's nor will I refer any friends.

I have purchased several firearms from Buddy's and would NEVER go anywhere else. They are honest, genuine, and truly care about making lifelong relationships with their customers.
I enjoy speaking to each and every one of them although I will have to admit Dennis is way knowledgeable and cool.

Dennis was a great instructor! I learned everything I needed to know during my gun license / concealed course. Their prices at buddy’s are great. They work with people very well & are very knowledgeable. I’ll be back to get that G19 once my license comes in. Thanks again!

Purchased a firearm at a gun show from Buddy's today. They were incredibly accommodating, very competitive with their pricing, and went above and beyond with their customer service. I will definitely stop in if I'm down in south Florida in the near future.
