Budget Car Rental, Daytona Beach FL

Nice staff but due to the shortage of cars the prices are jacked up! The car was also smoked in. I know the challenges associated with smoking and know it's not the employees problem and it's hard to remove smells. I do like I was able to drop the vehicle of in Lakeland and not be taxed out for not returning to the same location. The check in process was smooth and fast and so was the drop off.
I would rent a vehicle again from Budget if I needed one again.

The best price on a weekly car rental. The car was great! It only had 7100 miles on it! We got 39 mpg on our Corolla on the average. It was easy to pickup and drop off.

Very nice service and very quick to return a vehicle. Just not very much room in the parking lot to park a car.

As I commercial driver I rent alot of cars.this was a Great experience, very very nice to work with, I usually use enterprise, but the one on one personal attention and the upgraded vehicle really made my week with the car. I'll definitely rent Busget from here again! Thanks

When I arrived there were no cars on the lot for rental even though I made my reservation online the day before my trip. Very unprofessional would never recommend.

After confirming online and with natl rep find out on arrival car unavailable only more expensive choice. Last minute reservation but should of honored original price for other vehicle.

Location smelled like weed and owner wouldnt take my returned vehicle, because hes not "corporate" and would not give me his name. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced at a rental car place.

Out of town tourist. IIfelt very uncomfortable at this location. Made reservations 4 days prior, did not have car, would not disclose pricing for replacement without cc info 1st?
Refused to accept my out of state driver's license, refused to call another location to make arrangements to pick up my reserved car. I went to the airport location, friendly, and assertive, drove away in my reserved camaro car for 2 days at the price of one day at the Mason ave location.

Made online reservation two different times (April 2017 & February 2018) both times did not have correct vehicle, and were not even aware of the online reservation!
