Probably going to try this place today or tomorrow. Will review soon if it's good or stay away.

Rent from this location many times, and always a great experience. I believe the woman I deal with is 'Kay', who is always very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I've seen a lot of strange personalities walk into this location, and there's always some 'story' behind their problems, but I've always booked (and paid) in advance and walk in/out in less than 30 mins, thanks to Kay.

Amazing customer service from personnel, but terrible management for work load. Waited for in line for three hours to pick up a reservation. Very much undue stressed caused to customers and single worker running counter. Customer line had three turning points and still stretched through the length of baggage claim at JAX Airport.

Terrible that the name Budget indicates saving money, but appears that this business is doing it at there workers expense, not their customers.

Hope this review encourages you to use Dollar or Avis like myself from now on.

She was already closed, but took care of us anyways, including providing us with the needed vehicle. She went above and beyond! 5Stars

The lady at the front desk is smart and helpful. She quickly got the paper work done and handed over the keys. Overall smooth process for pick up and drop off. Got the exact car that i booked. So am happy

Very quick and easy. They did not have the car I reserved due to the car shortage everywhere, but they were apologetic about it and accommodating. I would rent here again.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I rented a vehicle for 2 days and was charged for 3 days which cost me an extra $400. I went in expecting to only spend $400 and left spending $838. The last at the counter said she could not fix the mistake until the vehicle was returned. This all happened right before I went on vacation. I even called the corporate office and they said they could not fix the mistake. So basically they stole money from me and would not return it. Never renting from them again!

I have been coming here within the past 2 months. My work vehicle is in the shop so the company i work for sends me to budget. Of all the locations I have been, I prefer this one the most. The customer service is always great. Kay is always helpful and makes the process fast. Vehicles are always clean and in new condition.

This Budget location is absolutely a Five Star! I have rented a vehicle from the JAX airport and other locations before, however, this location is my favorite for numerous reasons! The pickup is easy and the young man I usually encounter is wonderful! Very professional, kind and he always makes the pickup process quick and easy! When he is not there, I usually interact with Ms. Kay who is totally awesome! So very friendly and so easy to deal with! Every vehicle I have rented has been immaculate and in great condition! I will continue to utilize this location and I recommend this Budget location to anyone!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Miss Kay and Joe! I’ve been renting from them for several months. They are a little out of my way, but I’ve built great rapport with them and will not rent elsewhere. Both go out of their way for every person that walks in. They are genuine and care about you.

When in Jacksonville I only rent from here. The staff is super kind and welcoming. We always get a complimentary upgrade. I would never rent from anywhere else. Thank you for always taking care of us.

Do not rent from this location. The customer service is lacking, and that's the nicest way to say it. As mentioned in the previous comments, the lady at the front counter is rude. There are never any cars available. I've had a reservation, checked in and paid (online), just to be told that there is not a car for me. This has happened to me more than once at this location. She didn't take any information from me. Instead she thought she could shout at me from the door. She is slow paced and talks to all of the customers as if they can not afford to rent a car from her company. I watched her "train" a gentleman in the store but she should probably receive additional training herself. I would advise you to either select another location or choose another company entirely.

I went in to pick up my rental and there was about seven customers waiting for service. Kay was the only employee manning the phones, checking in returns, AND helping those of us picking up new rentals. Oh! And the computers crashed twice! Kay handled the entire situation with such grace and courtesy! Her genuine sincerity and apologetic manner turned a situation that could have been negative into a positive one. She is an asset to this business and I hope her employer appreciates her and realizes what a gem she is.

The Spanish lady from California was EXTREMELY rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there. Didn't take my information but told me she couldn't rent to me. When I asked why she said Experian.but how, when I never gave her any information? Her customer service was non existent. I actually like budget, but definitely NOT this location!

The lady at the counter is not cool. I rented a car from them for 1 day and got it towed by some towing agency because I parked in wrong reserved spot. I agree it is my mistake that I couldn't see it properly in the night. Towing company told to send a letter from budget stating that is their car and authorizing me to pickup, but budget refused this option in front of me and instead mentioned that the car will be picked up by airport budget people. But later budget people sent letter to towing agency, but by then I already submitted keys to this lady, the keys were sent to airport. Now depending on how fast the airport people come and pickup the car from towing agency, the rental agreement gets extended and I will be charged for more days and also tow charges for more days. I have no control over the situation and budget is not helping me in anyway to get the car back as soon as possible. The lady talked harshly and is refusing to talk to me.
