Budget Car Rental, Miami FL

Your staff lied to me about the final bill for my rental. U gave a truck with no AC for 3 days and made pick it up a different location. When I complained they made it seem like they had adjusted my bill and when I asked they said yes that was correct. I called customer support and they said no that was not what you did. Never renting from Budget ever again.

Rented an economy car for the next day, day off - I arrived & was told “we’re all sold out”…then was given a truck for my “eco-friendly car”.

Given the benefit of the doubt, I made a separate reservation for a few days later to drive 2000+ miles.

When calling in to check in (again, day of) I was told - We are sold out, you will have to drive the pickup truck from Miami to Boston. (No one ever called, and if had not been for me calling ahead they would’ve told us when we arrived) Customer service is 0, they conveniently merged 2 seperate eco friendly reservations into a pickup truck reservation.

This to me was an easy way to navigate more reservations with the limited car inventory.

Booked an eco-friendly car twice and was not given one. Then essentially told that I have to drive a pickup truck 2000+ miles, was not able to get a refund. Super quick to take your money, but when it came to providing the service I paid for. They underperformed terribly and disappointed. Will most likely never use service again, and recommend to avoid using this company to clients.
