Budget Car Rental, Hialeah FL

Vehicles are not ready for pick up, overall vehicles in bad shape, dirty and with damages that if you are not aware they will do their best to charge them to you. I rented a vehicle a month ago that when I went to pick up had the windshield crack, vehicle dirty, leftover food everywhere, stained seats and foul odor, close to someone living in there. No comparable vehicle to swap as per the employee so they instructed me to take this car and take it to another location for swapping, had to drive this vehicle to MIA for a replacement, lost all morning to retrieve a replacement that came with cheetos and fryes leftovers and used face mask stuffed inside the seat pockets. No apologies, no nothing for me wasting all morning while my family was at home waiting to load the car to take my kid to college. Today I received a letter stating they are going to charge me for a "glass damage", no picture, no glass location, no type of damage? Maybe the old car they instructed to swap, or maybe the replacement they park in their public lot that is exposed to everything 24/7. My suggestion, take your business elsewhere, anywhere.

Every time I have a chance to go to Orlando, we go and use the service of the hialeah mismo laws location and they always take care of us. Great customer service offered by Eloy.

The staff is great and the rates are fantastic. I received some of the best service I have encountered while renting a car from this location. The cars are clean always gassed up and ready to roll. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a rental vehicle

Undependable! We went to pick-up the Truck we reserved and they didn't have it nor did the offer to help find another. To make the situation worse, the attendant RYAN treatment towards us was Disrespectful and Rude! Horrible treatment! The "Mystery" Manager was back in his office and did not show his face to all the customers who were in the same boat. Do Not Rent from this location!

Horrible experience. No customer service. The employees are unprofessional and rude. The van I received was infested with spiders. The employees claimed there was no manager on duty do I asked for corporate number and was given the wrong information. BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I wish I would have read the reviews before

Had a reservation and when I got there no car. No explanation, no apology, no suggestions. Left me in a pickle. Service was worse than poor. Called the 1800 number and got no help. What happened to this company it was at one time so dependable!

I rented a minivan on 02/23/2023 and returned it on 02/24/2023. My rental agreement was for 10: 30am in which I arrived at 10: 31am. After I received my rental papers I was told by the associate that he was going to get the vehicle. After a 45min wait. He pulls up and says it took so long because he had to clean the minivan out. As you can see from the pictures below it wasn’t clean at ALL. When I got in the minivan it wreaked of throw up and feces. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I should’ve read the comments before renting from this location. I give this a negative star
