Don’t ever rent here! Customer service was horrible, manager Judy was rude and Harriet the associate was rude as well! Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car! This was the inside of the car they gave me, disgusting and I have kids!

Never on time its 815 still no one here this place is the definition of “ i don’t give a ####”

People in the counter doesnt have the experience to manage the system, attitude was terrible and they took forever.

The customer service representative was borderline disrespectful, after publicly shaming two other employees began with a tone with me, telling me things that I know to be untrue then refused to accept that I know more about my own CC privileges than she did.

Booked a car about a month in advance. Upon arrival, I was given a car in the class that I booked, however the check engine light was on. They then offered me a larger car, which also had the check engine light on. When I inquired about a third vehicle, the woman stated “I wouldn’t be surprised if all of them had the check engine light on. ” Promptly cancelled my reservation and would not recommend anyone book there.

Do not rent from here.

Made an online reservation for a vehicle listed as "available" from this location. Completed the online PreCheck as recommended, and received a confirmation that everything was set to go.

Arrived at the location to pick up the vehicle and was told by the attendee that the vehicle wasn't available. That's it. No phone call to let me know ahead of time, no discussion about possible options or next steps. Nothing.

(An important note - there were no other customers at this location when I arrived. In fact, when I entered, the attendee was standing in the corner near the window looking out and enjoying the scenery. Which, good for him, but taking a moment to call and let me know there were no vehicles available would have been appreciated).

Abysmal communication and overall customer service.
