Budget Car Rental, Kissimmee FL

Booked a car, get there at the right time, yet no car and nothing else available. They take the booking but don’t hold the car for you. Poor service, avoid this location, go straight at the airport

I dont reccomend this company, the car all the time showed this error, we were so concerned about safety. We had to use another car we rented, and do different trips since we didnt fit all together, dont waste your money here, go to any other company.
Clearly they dont test the car before renting.

Poor customer service. I prepaid the full cost of my rental car however when I arrived to pickup the vehicle I was charged another $86.14.

Great experience picking up but the car was marked 7/8th full. On drop off at mco - no one around - eventually someone came - rushed the takeover and charged me 30 minutes later for the 3/4 full car. $54 for a quarter tank. Sorry this was neither good service, fair or reasonable.

Car was nice though. But shocking service. I will try to get the money back but don’t expect much recompense.

The rental company made an undue charge, the car was delivered before the contracted deadline and an extra daily rate was charged. I'm going to sue the rental company in court and ask for compensation for the damage caused.

I rented a car from the Old Towne location. It was very hard to find with no signs anywhere. Once I did and got the counter, I asked the lady about the size of the car because I had a lot of bags. She told me everything would fit. When they brought me the car, I ordered a mid size SUV and what they brought out was a compact SUV. When I told her that my stuff would never fit she told me well that’s what you ordered. I said I have 3 barge suitcases and 2 carry ons and a stroller and she told me the seats fold down. I said unless there is a third row that would not work since I have 2 kids. She once again told me it’s what I ordered. So finally, with an attitude, she had a guy go get me a bigger car and charged me $100 more. I was very disappointed in the customer service and won’t use again.

CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY, mileage, fuel level, tag expiration. Picked up a car where all of these were wrong/expired, but I took it back about an hour later after getting home and realizing the paperwork was wrong and they rectified it immediately by providing an upgraded replacement at no charge.

The gentleman there was very helpful and kind. I was going through a crisis, because a family member passed away and I needed a vehicle to get to the funeral services. He was compassionate, the price was right and I was able to get a very nice truck. I'm definitely going back when I need a rental.

They're not clear about holding $300 in order for you to rent a car and passing a credit check. They need to do better. I just spent $30 to get here just to run in to this issue.

Very bad service, I rented the car for 9, and they delivered it to me at 10!:
Dirty, and a car that I did not ask for, but they delivered it to me thanks to another client, by the manager of Old town Orlando I would continue waiting and I went a month ago, the delivery at the Miami airport was super good and fast

Rent ANYWHERE else if you possibly can. I have Budget Fastbreak and would rather go to Orlando airport to get a car than to pick one up here in Kissimmee. Mostly its the guy on the desk who has a horrible attitude and thinks not having your pre-booked car is acceptable and not even worthy of an apology

Picked up a car with a quarter of a tank of gas and was told that, since I got it full I had to return it full. I filled it up 2 miles from the drop off and was still charged $30 for a "fuel surcharge".

I had to reschedule a trip and lost my original rental car reservation with another company. I was staying in Kissimmee. This location was able to accommodate me and was way closer than trying to go to any of the airports. I found service to be very fast and efficient. They were helpful and car was in great condition. Would recommend again if I could not locate an airport option when flying in during a busy vacation week.

Came in to pick up my reservation. The staff was extremely pleasant, efficient and effective. From the beginning to the end at drop off I was in and out, and I was able to interact with some amazing people.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "PEOPLE" THE WILL CALL YOU 20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TRUCKS.

Very rude workers. Will never rent a car here. This place made me think to drive the next time I vacation in Florida

Car had some bugs and windows were dirty!
At MCO airport location is at Terminal B is at R2 and need a better signing so you won’t miss the exit.

Convenient location, great selection of vehicles, easy rental process. Friendly helpful staff.

Mary and her assistant manager were very nice and pleasant to interact with.she explained everything very well.made the rental process easy.

My reservation was for 5: 30 and I have plans with my family. Stop by 3 hrs before, and they provide my rental before my reservation time. Service was fast and I even was expected a very low tier car, but when the attendant told me you car is on spot 14, I took a look and it was a small SUV or cross over vehicle. I was, " are you sure? "
