Sad because I actually liked this place. But they were not clear on the times. I picked up my car 20 minutes early and dropped it off 10 minutes late and they charged me and extra 50$, be careful yall
Great experience when picking up and dropping off. They made it quick and easy. All 3 employees have done an excellent job. This level of customer service is very difficult to find.
What a wonderful experience here - Kari and Anthony did a phenomenal job and treated us like royalty with a surprise upgrade. The car was clean, new, and was perfect for what we needed.
Kari and Zara were so kind, patient, and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and we were in a bind where we needed to drive out of state. They problem solved and we were SO thankful!

We reserved a car same day, arrived on site and they said they have no cars. Cost us an extra $45 to pick up at the airport. Avoid this location.

Staff member Anthony (from Avis/budget) Very Helpful with front desk an also helped me find my way to the car, Staff member even helped with car maintenace. Staff member Anthony answered all questions I had an went beyond to reassure me and my partner where clear to go, this is now my new an favorite car rental store.
Anthony the Budget employee responsible for giving us the information regarding our rental gave us false information and then charged us double for the rental. This place is a bunch of scammers I will never rent from them again. They have no idea what they are doing and when I have tried to confront someone about this "mistake" they have been bouncing me around from department to department. They are genuinely trying to scam you.
First of all, it took them a long time to give me the car that I had booked, paid for and I had even checked in to pick it up.
The man who attended me didn't even know where the keys were, he depended on a woman who the day before told me that she couldn't take the reservation through the system.
That's why I had to do it at home.
Then they gave me the car with the gasoline tank incomplete (it only had 3/4), when we arrived at cape canaveral, I loaded with gasoline and delivered it the same as they gave it to me, and they charged me with 10 dollars a gallion because it was not full tank? ! It's crazy. They are criminals!
The price for all concept was $87 dollars and they charged me $123. I’ll NEVER going to book with BUGET again!
I rented a car from here and now feel compelled to warn all who come after. This was the worst car rental of my life. It began with the fact I was told to be there at 6PM to pick up the car. When I arrived, the door was locked and there was a sign with hours of operation posted in the door. They said the place closed at 6PM (the time I was supposed to arrive). Luckily I arrived 15 minutes early. There was another note in the door with a number to call, as the attendant was away from the desk. After I called, and waited for 15 minutes, the attendant arrived. She told me there were no cars. She said a few just arrived and they were being cleaned upstairs. After getting through the paperwork I was given a receipt I could not read (triplicate form printed upside down, backward, and faint). Then, I had to walk to the other end of the parking garage and up several flights of stairs to begin my search. When I finally found the guy washing the cars, he had not even started on the one I rented. Rather than wait another 30 minutes I took the dirty car (inside and out). Now, at the time of this writing, I'm fuming from the calls I've been making to Budget to try and get my $340.00 deposit back. It's been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen the deposit posted to my account. First call to support, I spent 20 minutes on hold then then was cut-off. Next call was a long wait followed by someone telling me to use the website and open a ticket. Seriously, renting a car should not be this difficult.
Kerry is a true professional and an asset to the company. She went out of her way to explain things and insure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using this budget based on this customer service from Kerry.

I had a flat tire.there was a call for service sign on the screen and there was underwear in the trunk from the previous person.
Credit card only, cash is not accepted.they charge a deposit of 250u$d then they returned it.
Absolutely awful experience. I was given a car that completely reeked of cigarettes, and made me extremely nauseous when I drove it. When I called them the next day, I was told that I was “lucky to even have a car” because they were so busy. The agent on the phone then told me she “had to go” and to go exchange the car at the airport. I returned the car the next day we’ll before my return time, and then 5 hours later I received an email with a receipt saying I had been charged for an extra day. I understand work being stressful and busy, but do not project onto your customers. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
