Man upfront was very rude and disrespectful when I accidentally locked my key in my room, also my room smelled really bad because of the toilet in the bathroom. I got locked in my room because of a bad lock on the door so I had to call them to get me out and they tried blaming me for it.

Very nice and lovely place, I has a great experience, I was at this place and when I moved in my travel, I saw that I let my shine in the hotel, when I call, the lady very lovely talk me that she save for me, I was happy to heart that, because are honest people
