Section 8 Motel. If you like people hanging out in front of your room all night long along the walkways this is a great place for you. If you like having to flush your toilet by lifting up the tank and pulling the handle in the back this is a great place for you. If you like an air conditioner that blows hot air then cold air then hot air this is a great place for you. If you like dingy towels this is a great place for you. If you're traveling all night and need a place to stay, can't find a room and you're just exhausted and tired and want a clean bed this is not a place for you. Keep driving and find another hotel.

Room layout was good in theory, had normal facilities and the expected “luxuries”, but upon closer inspection I found roaches, blood hidden under the pillows on the bed, on supposedly “clean” sheets, a toilet with no water in it, and a disgustingly unkept shower with mold on the curtains. People drunkenly argued and physically fought in the rooms next to us all night, but got told by staff that our kids were being disruptive. Creeps stationed all around the place, was excessively anxious about the kids safety, had several men who were hanging around the area accost and harass teenage girls in our group, didn’t feel relaxed even with the doors as locked as I could get them. Staff was hit or miss, some of the ladies were very understanding and patient with our kids, others were disrespectful and easily angered, one of the women was especially snappish with one of the children (who’s autistic). Left at 9 a.m. And am horrified reading reviews I hadn’t seen prior. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re traveling alone or with young children.

The Budget Inn has come a long way. The hotel is very clean, as they did an awesome job, remodeling the hotel and, I couldn't be more happier, thus far, to stay here. As, everyone seems to be very kind, too.

I wish I could give a reading. This is not even worth a one star. Is not even worth a half a star. This place is so rude so dirty so disrespectful so nasty count is falling toilet running and leaking showers running half of the night there very rude and disrespectful. I’d rather sleep in it outside or in my car the next time I need a hotel if this is the only thing that’s available is not worth the money in the disrespect that you had to go through in this place TVs don’t work

An economic stay hotel. Clean rooms, with clean bathrooms. Mini fridge, microwave and satellite television. Some rooms don't have telephone. Nothing fancy with clean rooms one of the cheaper hotel options available. A few miles from downtown Melbourne. Near I95 expressway and route 192 with a lot of restaurants, shopping venues, big box stores and commercial businesses, etc.

Me and my husband rented a room just to find roaches crawling on us in bed. The attendant barely spoke English and couldn't help us to get our money back and wanted to just stick us in another room to resolve the issue. Also there were a group of a very rough group of people standing in the back of the hotel passing a bottle of alcohol around. I would deem this place unsafe and unclean and I wouldn't want anyone to loose sleep or money over this place.

If there was a lower rating I would give it. I stayed here for one reason to get sleep and watch TV. I never got the TV to work but the running water from the shower kept me up all night because I couldn't shut it off after my shower $120 for a $10 room. Dirty and as stated the direct TV buffered all night never played a single channel and no atmospheric disturbances it was perfectly clear night. I would sleep outside before I ever go back there they should shut that place down. I mentioned all the issues I had and was told thanks for letting us know. The bed cover had a cigarette burn on it, the bed sheets had a powdery dust on them it was disgusting

We first moved here because the state put us here. First room burns on beds etc stunk. Had a bloody battle and they moved our room. Went to the bottom floor with more drug activity and fights. Floors were so nasty and sewage running out of the toilet. It was reported and ignored. Mold everywhere. Then today moved us to yet another room upstairs. No air just a fan. The lady wanted a $200 cleaning fee from previous room after we begged for stuff to clean with since had been in there a month. I have pictures of the sewage and full intentions on getting the state to shut this place down again. The lady is mean and greedy. The prices change depending on your race. Disgusting! I cannot wait to afford to get out of here.

The owner very racist Indian people the place smelt like curry bugs everywhere and the dude kept our $50 deposit

Very rude. Couldn't believe that they yell st their customers like that. I wasn't even able t ok pay for another because my husband's name was registered not mine. Never going there again!

We spent two nights at this almost desolate hotel. Semi-clean, but empty. Both mornings, after being told we could have a one hour late checkout, a very loud obnoxious lady banged on our door and all guests door screaming to leave immediately or call the police. She was horribly racists to everyone and insulted everyone personally. NEVER AGAIN! And it was dirty!

Horrible! $95 a/c didn't work. Room smelled mouldy. Layed in bed10 mins and started to be eaten alive by bed bugs. Stay a total of 2 hours before deciding to cut my losses.

Rented for 3 days morning of 2 day house keeping cleaned room and and took all my stuff. Including a full bag of unopened medicine from walmart pharmacy. Stay far away. From this place management is unresponsive. To customers

Lousy check in daytime checkin experience. Felt as if I were being treated as a criminal. Simply due to the motel's local name as the crack and ho' hotel!
