Buena Vista Post Office USPS reviews
18 Very friendly and fast experience. Be civilized with them and they will be nice back too!
They helped me with my package shipping!
I think people in our country used to expect great service from the USPS, it's sad how far it has come. Now they expect rude customer service, long lines, and lost mail. This location is no exception to that. I left work early, showed up at 3: 50pm, waited for an hour just to hand them a slip and pick up a package. There was 1 person working the front desk, and he was on the phone on a personal call with earbuds in his ear. So disrespectful to his company, and to everyone else waiting in line to just get their mail. Awful.
Every time i visit the ladies and two gentelmans have been very helpful. Courteous and respectful. Thank you for your help and a Happy Easter. Miss Gisele. 03-30-2023. ️ ️
The worse service ever I have had in my entire life. The girl was very rude for any question. I was last customer and I was filling up the information on the envelop and she was kicking me out of the office asking me if I was ready, because she was ready to go to her home.
Worst customer service. The lady who works there is rude and disrespectful. They want to charge for things that you don’t need to pay for.
Theo postal service employees are terrible, no stamps for pre paid envelops, no money order and the lines abre huge! Don’t go there not cool
This place is such a joke, called over 15 times, and they let it ring every single time. Every time I have a package being delivered through usps they have not once delivered it to my apartment. On tracking details it shows: “The customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. ” Which I never did. I was lucky enough the first time this happened the post office my package was sent to was within walking distance to my apartment but that is not the case here. I have no form of transportation, nor the time to have to pick up a package when it should have just been delivered to me.
Awful place. The workers there are miserable and incompetent. You can grab 3 kids off the street and they can run this place better. Deandre is useless and Roy is no different.
USPS is the worst! But this office takes the cake! No package can ever be deliver. Like why are you guys even there for? I always have to go pick up packages because some people don’t want to do their job! Just quit! USPS should just quit altogether!
My package is damaged. I sent it through the office Buena Vista Post Office. I asked the operator to put the label "fragile". I was not offered any additional options that would protect the package. The USPS damaged $22,000 worth of equipment. I will go to court. I came to ask what I should do, no one can help
It's abusive what the employees of this USPS unit do, they don't keep their hours, they are rude, a real lack of respect for the user.
This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. They only had 1 incredibly rude lady working who yelled at me because I got a tracking notice saying “my package was ready to be picked up at the 33137 post office”.
After waiting more than 30mins to get the counter, I was yelled at that my package wasn’t there and that it will be delivered tomorrow (she didn’t even check the tracking number or anything and I am yet to receive my package as it says “it’s still at the post office waiting for pickup).
This could have been all avoided if someone picked up the phone which of course they didn’t. I attempted over 20 calls and zilch.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
The service quality has been improved however the place is small for such a busy area. The line is usually very long and it moves incredibly slow because they only have 2 people at the registers. They are under staffed for sure because sometimes they have to go to the back or get on calls which leaves only 1 person at the desk. They are also short on supplies. There are no labels this whole week, at the self-service counters. They don’t even have pens for you to fill out forms etc. There were so many people asking for pens when I last visited. There was one being passed around. My advice, go mid-day to avoid the rush-hour before closing. The parking is also small considering how busy the office is and that part of the lot was rented to food trucks. And BYOS. Bring your own supplies
Went today on a Monday to pick up a package and the only two ladies there were understanding and got things done fast. Really appreciate it
The employees, were helping two people, at once, just to help get the line moving. Customer service care in that way is priceless
I was very surprised at how clean and organized this post office is compared to many that I’ve been to. The two ladies at the front were professional and efficient. The line moved quickly and I didn’t see issues. Word of advice - if mailing passport for renewal, be prepared all the way. They don’t help you with anything so don’t forget to buy your money order, decide what mailing you want, etc. They have a parking lot and parking outside.
It feels USPS sent their worst employee there. They lose your packages, don't deliver package if they are a bit bulky, and they can't handle more than a customer per hour.
Avoid this office as much as possible.
2 of my packages did not get delivered. It shows package is ready for pick up. I wait in long line just so that I could get told it’s not there and on two separate occasions within same month. What is going on?
