We always rent a scooter from Buena Vista rentals when we travel to Disney. The drop off and pick up of the scooter is so convenient. The service is unbeatable!

I have seen your scooters at the WDW parks in the past so this year we knew we needed a motorized wheelchair for my husband. And immediately thought of your company. He cannot stand or walk for long periods due to Charcot on his right foot and other chronic conditions. I was so disappointed when the scooter failed us at the largest park, Magic Kingdom, after several calls to support, we decided that potentially it just needed more of a charging, and we struggled to the very end after charging at several locations there within the park. Of course, we were upset that this cut into our time at the parks. Upon returning to the hotel, we gave the wheelchair an overnight charge, and proceeded to Animal Kingdom today. Well, after only a few hours at animal Kingdom, it just died on us completely dead. Apparently it seems like the battery had an issue we called support again, and we just gave up. We just went ahead and said come pick up this wheelchair and we had to rent at an additional cost another wheelchair here at Animal Kingdom. Needless to say we will not be using Buena Vista Reynolds on the next trip to a DISNEY WORLD

Bueno Vista Rentals was the absolute easiest and most organized team that made our vacation a dream. Their scooter was impeccable, they gave us all of the information we would need to charging in the parks, the delivery and pickup was flawless. We will be using them for all of our future trips!

Beware if you have a medical emergency at a theme park. I had to be taken to the ER at a park & Disney assured my husband that they’d take care of getting the scooter back to the company. BVSR didn’t have the scooter back the next day, refused to send a replacement, required we get a claim # from Disney (which Disney doesn’t do) and then promised a refund on the 2 days once they got the scooter back. When the scooter was returned they changed their tune about providing a refund. Due to no replacement we lost a day of using tickets at another park. We did eventually get a refund for the 2 days by disputing the charge with our credit card company. We dealt with only one person there (James) who tried to come off as helpful but in the end was anything but. Sad that an unforeseen circumstance lacked empathy & customer service.

- To their response- you promised me that I’d be refunded the 2 days once the scooter was found. When you called to advise me you found your scooter you advised you would NOT refund me. That’s poor customer service. There’s no way I’d ever use or recommend you to anyone again!

- I got my refund by disputing the 2 additional days with my credit card and was refunded.

This was our 2nd time renting from Buena Vista Rentals and both times, they were great to work with. The reservation agents and friendly and make the reservation process easy. The scootrers are in great condition and help make our trip possible. Thankful for a company with such great service. We will make sure to use you again in the future.

This company has the best customer service! We have rented from them twice during our stays in Orlando. They had our scooter at our hotel before we arrived and we have never had any issues with the scooters. Thank you Buena Vista Rentals for another great experience.

So far this company has been great! I've only dealt with Diana in customer service to correct an error I made on my reservation but she was so sweet! She also took the time to answer my questions. I will do any update once I have the scooter in the park.but so far so good!

I have used Buena Vista Rentals for a scooter multiple times over the years and I won’t use anyone else. Their equipment has been very dependable and their customer service is fantastic! I just reserved a scooter online last night and when they called to confirm this morning I realized I had mistakenly reserved two scooters. I called them back immediately and Dyanna couldn’t have been nicer. She credited my account for the extra scooter and emailed me a corrected confirmation immediately. Customer service like this and dependability of equipment are the reasons I won’t go anywhere else.

This place is a scam they scooters not fully charged and when asked to speak to a manager about the situation she said that she was to busy for customer

Excellent customer service. Very good scooter, the battery ran all day long and still was showing full charge. Would recommend to all and will use Buena Vista Rentals in the future.

I called twice regarding a scooter for an upcoming WDW trip, representatives were knowledgeable. I reserved my days and resort with Bailey she was efficient and answered questions I didn’t even know I had! Things like the scooter tipping over, battery life, and damage coverage!

This is the best company to rent from in Orlando! I have rented from them many times and every time I call to make my reservation, they are always very nice and helpful. I have only had one challenge with a scooter and it was my fault, not theirs. I called customer service and told them what the challenge was for me and I knew they would take care of it but I didn’t expect them to switch the scooters out right then! They were at my resort with in 30 minutes. We swapped the scooters and off I went to Disney. The charge the battery holds is impressive. I can go all day long and then some on a charge. Even when I stay on Disney property I still rent from them even though i have to do a meet and great. It’s well worth it!

From the internet search, calling to reserve, the delivery, the pick up it was all 5 star! The scooter was perfect! Wonderful experience!

I called Buena Vista Rentals to see about renting a scooter for the weekend while I was at the Disney Parks. Bailey was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I will definitely be calling them again if I need to rent another scooter.
