Buff City Soap Naples

Love this place, it smells wonderful in this store. Try a candle or soap of lime, basil and mandarin. I think it would be a hit.

Super cute store and the soaps smelled great, but the staffing really needs some work. One girl was sweeping and didn’t say anything to me or my friend (fine she’s doing something) HOWEVER there was another employee there who was taking some personal time with her boyfriend right in front of the register where my friend and I were trying to check out. The girl’s boyfriend was all over her and then they started making out. I genuinely thought she was a customer until she came over to ring us out. It was a really uncomfortable experience honestly and probably won’t be back to this location.

Just wow! After having left a bad review a few months ago and being told “it was discussed with the team”, I’m just blow away. Last time I had a problem with the staff being rude, this time just unbelievable. I went in September, 28th around 8 pm (an hour before close). I walked in to a girl sweeping the floor who mumbled “hi”. As I browsed for soaps, she kept going behind me sweeping like I was a problem messing up the floors. As if that was the worst… there was a young brunette girl and a guy who were in there packing on A-LOT of PDA. What I assumed to be a customer with her boyfriend, happened to be an employee. Not only were they touchy feeling, giggling but tonguing each other and practically about to get it on right in front of the register. Cute products, great scents but a perfect way to ruin a cute little shop. Super uncomfy and disgusted.

The girl with the brown and blonde hair was super kind and helpful! I’ve never had a better experience at any other buff city soap! I will definitely be coming in again!

Buff City: My friend Amanda LOVES this soap store so we went in and paid a visit. The is smell pleasant when you walk in; Coffee beans to help clear your smelly senses and help with picking your favorites. Clear sign of prices to match your picks and just a TON of selection. Definitely a fun store to shop around in!

If I were to recommend one product from this store, it would most definitely be the "Shower Fizzy" I went ahead and got Lavander along with a bamboo soap dish this time. Enjoy!

Detals: One thing did bug me, the staff kind of seemed bothered there was customers to attend to and wasn't as friendly as expected from a buff store. They are usually much more warm and welcoming. I can care less, it just made me want to be in and OUT. Which just caused me to buy way less stuff than I usually do.so not terrible. Lol

My wife and I stop here every time we visit Mercato for dinner or a movie. The laundry detergent is very fragrant and a family favorite. Great store if you are looking to purchase a nice and special gift for a birthday or a house warming. The fragrances are strong for those with sensitive noses. Highly recommended shop at Mercato.

I have gone back like 5 times to make soap because Taylor is so great! She makes the experience so fun and the soap is amazing too! I will never use another soap again and will keep going back to make soap with Taylor!

Came to this location from out of state because I wanted to get some of the local scents. The staff here was the least friendly of every location I’ve been to, and they seem to prefer gossiping about their coworkers rather than tending to the customers. Love the local scents and products, but will more than likely never return to this location due to the unfriendly atmosphere.

Oh where to begin.came in as a Naples local to show around company from out of town (who don't have a local buff city). Once we entered we were greeted by the owner/manger until he left for the day. The girls working were some of the rudest customer service people l've ever met, constantly going in and out of the back, refusing to talk to customers and help with anything. When I asked if they could make a scrub for me with a certain scent I got treated like was a pest for asking. When I noticed she was done I went to grab it so she could go help other people (which she never did. She promptly threw it on the the counter and slid it over to her co worker and instructed her to ring me up, before I was able to say I wasn't done shopping I was being ask for cash or card (complete felt like I was being herded out like a sheep). They noticed I was with a party and we're going to do one transaction to make it easy but I didn't even get a chance to say before the sighing started. Let's just say was the most stressful and tense situation. You could feel it coming off the girls. No smiles, no rounds asking for help or assisting customers. Definitely not a friendly and comfortable shopping experience.

Came to visit family In naples and wanted stop into this buff city as we love buff city soaps and scents. I collect the "local scents" whenever I travel. The most dissapointing part about this shopping Experience was that my kids are HUGE fans of buff city, as I was a makery manager for a location in KY, and they know how fun it can be.we've been to over 10 locations just to pop in and get a little soap slice for them and I of course load up on mine and this time they didn't get offered a soap slice or a half bathbomb to paint so they were let down.
After we made our way around the store, I asked one of the young girls if I could possibly get a mini custom body butter. She said no and showed me the pre-made ones available. I wanted a custom. I figured she must be too busy. So we finally pay for our 60$ in stuff. I came back on tuesday to get more in hopes it would be less busy and the employees may be less overwhelemed. I got another $70 in product as Tuesday was 4 for 24. I still think Buff City has great products and a great store (be prepared to be obsessed with buff) but this location isn't as happy as others I've been to.

I’ve been to multiple buff city soap locations but I’ve never met a staff more rude and aggressive. One of the employees would yell across the store if you needed help, and when I said no we were just taking about the different scents she laughed and said “well you really look like you need help” after I already told her I’ve been to these stores before. Then we had to wait a long time at the checkout even though there was no line because the four employees were too busy talking trash about a coworker who wasn’t there. Love the soap, hate the service.

Best place for a birthday party! Kids had so much fun making bath bombs and I was impressed with how great they turned out:) Kaitlyn, Taylor and Elizabeth were amazing. Can’t wait to plan another party!

Drove all the way from North Ft Myers to buy laundry detergent. Got there at 8: 56 and literally needed to grab 6 tubs of laundry soap. She saw us approaching and locked the doors and went back to mopping, which she clearly started well before. If the posted closing time is 9pm, that’s when they should close. Obviously a teen hurrying to get out of there. Disappointed!
