Buffalo Chophouse, Port St. Lucie FL

Ate here for a Valentines lunch yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The food was high quality and cooked properly. The waitress was very nice and was just the right amount of attentive. The restaurant is a little on the small side and not to be confused with a highend establishment but the food and staff are definitely on point. We will definitely be back.

Food great as usual! Sat the bar and chatted with the friendly bartenders. Drinks weren't expensive - a glass of house red was only $6

Every time we come here we wait more than an hour for food. As of right now we are still here almost 2 hours of a wait! I do NOT recommend this place and I will NOT be coming back. No one even checks on us either. All we ordered was soup and 3 sandwiches! The food isn’t that great anyways.

Always a win. BC makes a lot of menu items in house from scratch. They focus on Buffalo, NY dishes. We've never had a bad bite. Terrific wings, fries, and steak. Try the onion fondue. It's a delicious one of a kind appetizer. Our servers are fantastic. There's a full bar and a separate room for large parties. If you're a Bills fan, this is your spot. We are not from Buffalo, nor are we Bills fans, but we'll give a game day a try.

Very dated, bathroom us a mess, broken toilet that looks like it has been broken for a while. We sat ourselves while the sign said to please wait. The food was average at best and took 40 minutes to recieve 2 sandwiches! Then the hot roast beef was Luke warm and cold fries. The owner is oblivious. The only rhi g I can say is that the poor server was without support. The only reason I gave four stars for service is that the server was super nice.

The stars are for the fact that I did enjoy my food and the server did try her best; other than that everything fell very short and then some…first, there’s only 1 server (Dee) on for Sunday lunch (running her own food, pouring her own drinks, basically running the entire restaurant which had several tables including a party of 6-7ppl) and while I can tell she is good she cannot be great because she has to do it all.
The next issue is I did order 1/2 dozen wings tossed with hot and garlic Parmesan with bleu cheese on the side…I received a full order with hot only and no bleu cheese…Dee had to run back to get it for me (I also know she did make the mistake of ordering the full order, but I love wings and they’ll heat up fine later…however, Dee did order them tossed in both sauces and the kitchen did not do so…I know this because I was charged an additional $1 for the double sauces on the bill).
My fiancé ordered the meatloaf, and he said it was pretty flavorless…he ate it, but wasn’t impressed…he did say the fries were very good.
I thought the wings were really big, crispy enough and definitely juicy. The hot buffalo sauce I did try was very good…
I also ordered the prime rib sandwich on the weck roll instead of the hoagie and the horsey cheddar mashed instead of fries which were Luke warm and had no signs of horseradish or cheddar to be found…the sandwich was good, the cheese was melted then you could tell it cooled down because it was kind of a blob on top. They forgot to put the garlic aioli on the sandwich and when I asked for a side Dee went to get it; we were sitting right across from the kitchen entrance and I overheard the cook say he forgot but that it was because I changed the bread choice…you forgot a key component of a sandwich because I asked for a roll instead of a hoagie…and then proceed to blame it on the customer?
When Dee returned from the kitchen I let her know I heard everything that was said and she went back to let them know I did…no one came over to check in (manager wise; either from the floor or the kitchen for that matter) …very unprofessional in my opinion.
We ended up boxing up 1/2 my sandwich and 3/4 of the wings for later…unfortunately my experience was tarnished by the kitchen; their lack of professionalism and their multiple mistakes…
Not sure we will return after an unsatisfactory overall experience, which is a shame because I honestly did enjoy what I had eaten and I think with a better support team Dee would’ve been more successful serving her customers.

Upscale steakhouse that is worth the price. Excellent service was both friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend. Portions are large so get a box early and save room for dessert.

This location is often overlooked by us as it's not an upbeat store with a vibrant following. That said, it should be! Food & service are delicious & reliable. It doesn't look like much from the outside & the inside but it's a fooler! Worth the trip & you won't be disappointed!

Our waitress was very kind. We arrived around 7: 30pm on a Friday night. The food took forever we waited over 30 minutes for our appetizer. Ordered ahi tuna and steak our salads were never brought out to us. A few hours later we both ended up with food poisoning. Won’t be eating at this restaurant again.

Waited for over an hour for subpar food. Undercooked baked potato and overcooked steak. Waitress virtually ignored us for most of that time, only checking on us twice. Will not visit this place again.

Waited over an hour and a half for undercooked baked potato, burnt steak and burnt onion rings. All but ignored by our waitress. The roll for our daughter's steak and cheese sandwich could have cracked the table it was so hard. Will never eat here again.

Everything I've had there is very good. The only downside is the water. It tasted lake swamp water and taints everything you drink there. Don't drink it straight.

Attempted to eat there last night. We went at 7: 30 and it took forever to seat us 3 then when we finally got our drinks we waited 35min before looking around and realizing that only a couple tables were eating and everyone looked upset so we paid for our drinks and went to KFC.

Sat at the door almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were waiting for a table. The waitress who did greet us said they were so understaffed that it would take at least an hour for our meal. There were a few people at the bar and only about 8 tables occupied. I won’t bother even trying to come back because this was the worst first impression ever. Especially if you are a small business, I think the last thing you would do is send people away.

They didn't have fresh mint or ginger beer when I asked for a mule and mojito.

Had a very good experience. Service was good. Food delicious and generous. Steak tender and done as ordered. Salad very good. Husband enjoyed soup.

I can’t say enough good about this restaurant. The food was amazing! We had the mussels for our appetizer and they were so tasty. The portions were very large, my husband had the prime rib sandwich and it was so tender and the fries were so delicious.my dad had the haddock and it was a huge portion and the fish was so flaky and the coleslaw was amazing. Great family owned restaurant. The waitress was so sweet as well and gave us great recommendations and kept our drinks filled! We will be coming back and telling our friends. You really don’t want to miss this restaurant.

The food was excellent. The steaks were excellent. The large chop house salad with sirloin was delicious;) A good selection of craft beers. The service was excellent! The waitress Dee (the new waitress) was great! IWe will be there again for sure!
