IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD
I TOOK IN MY SWEATERS NOVEMBER AND JUST PICK THEM UP TODAYYYYYY. EVERY WEEK I HAD TO FOLLOWUP TO SEE WHAT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER WAS! AND AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS THEY COULDNT EVEN EMBROIDER MY SWEATER! THEN CHARGED ME $120+ FOR A HEAT STAMP! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WILL SUBMIT THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE THEY HAVE A PLATFORM!
ON TOP OF IT ALLLLLL THEY BUTCHERED MY SWEATERS - THEY ATE SOOOOOO UGLYYYYYY I CANNNNNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN!

I brought my orignal drawing I did in 1972 to be digitially printed for a customer. It was a very large and striking image of a womans face on a sparkplug and she had no mouth.
I was shocked yo see the print and digital copy I got back had my dated signature REMOVED.
The 50 year old pencil drawing had aged and you could clearly see a light rectangular shape where my original signature was. When I questioned the owner he said that they were just cleaning up the background and inadvertently erased the signature! Wow
I told him I needed a print & digital copy with my signature on it.
He then took a picture of 'Just' the signature, and in couple if days I had another print and new digital copy with the signature intact.
Now, I have no idea if they still have the digital copy without my signature on it.
At least I kept mine.

I had a problem with one of my orders and the staff member who helped me (this was early 2023) was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. Buffalo Graffix is the Best in graphic art and in their delivery schedule. Their sales staff are easy to work with, helpful, and ready with ways to save you money on your printing needs. Megan is my contact there, but their teams all are helpful.
Buffalo Graffix does labels for my tea business. Also they do sign-up cards for the Ebenezer Food Pantry in Punta Gorda where my husband and I volunteer. Buffao Graffix is a good company to do business with.
