Buffalo Wild Wings, Jacksonville FL

So I just placed a Doordash order and what I received was absolutely butchered. I understand people have a million things going on, but please double check your work. DD was able to give me a full refund (pending) but I don't understand how you can get an order wrong that badly? Again this isn't an attack to the servers and people themselves but here's my order.

Fries with Queso sauce
Quesadilla
Buffalo chicken tacos

This is what I received:
Fried pickles
Fries no queso
Cheese curds
Nashville hot wings

I was seriously hoping that my order was switched, but my receipt states (Daniel, Doordash)

Normally Good but this location need some mayor Help… 3 start for the server along…This location was dirty, unsanitary and just awful. In need of a mayor clean and decor update as seat on the booth were ripped apart on more then three booth. Continue with the Food is was cold and refrigerated as the wing were saggy and over flavor which I normally don’t complain but the sauces was like a paste…

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Arrived with a party of 7, was told 10 minutes to get our table together. Understood they had to move some tables. A few moments later a person who I later found out was a server rudely informed us it was going to “more like” 20 to 25 minutes, mind you tables were empty everywhere. I just got the impression he did not want to serve our party, that we were an inconvenience. We left and went to Miller Ale House, was seated immediately and provided great service. I’m don’t with BW3’s.

Couldn't get all our food together. Everything came out separate about 10 minutes apart. Wings then fries his then her.
Can we have our complete orders together?

Great wings (gogogarlicparm!) Cold beer, reasonable prices, and every game playing in the NFL. Check em out!

Was okay. Ceasar salad not much chiken and the hamburger was so thin it fell apart. More like a salad on a bun.

We had a good time, great food, and wonderful service. It place was jammed packed for college football. The have games for the kids so they stayed busy. Our server kept the refills coming. We will be back.

Service was okay, but the sat us in a section that had nothing but a UFC match and a soccer game during football Saturday. I said something about it and got just a giggle. Seriously? !

Ate at the bar for a quick lunch. Jones was attentive. Kitchen staff didn't read ticket which specified all flats.

The wait was really long because a party of 30 came in before us without calling ahead. But the waitress gave us a nice discount for the inconvenience and she was really good at getting the food out and refilling our drinks. Not to mention the wings were amazing and so was the fudge cake. If you're ever hungry for wings, definitely go to Buffalo wild sings

Quality of the food went down, its not the same unless you're drunk when everything taste good.

Great wings, but ask for extra crispy!

I love Bdubs! But I think they follow a strict timer when cooking the traditional wings, and most of the time the skin comes out a bit fatty. Solution: Ask them to cook them an extra 5 minutes and the skin and meat come out a little crunchy, and they're great!

Staff was attentive, food was good but I thought the wings were over done. Nonetheless we will go back.

Waitress was slow and unfriendly. Food was over priced and greasy. Smelled like mildew in the dining room.

Very helpful staff, free rewards program that got a discount off next meal. Good atmosphere, most of all food was delicious.

Erin was the waitress that did a great job of providing awesome service, great food presentation, and even a little IPhone jargon for my wife. BWW rocks)

Would have given a higher rating, but the service was lacking. Their "Buffalo pickles" are horrible.

The service was good and I always enjoy the food. I got my food and drink promptly, which I really appreciate. I was a little bummed out to learn they don't have the Playmaker gaming tablets like the other locations. I would've liked to play some trivia. It's a real convenient location too.

It's ok. It could use a good scrubbing as the smell when we were there was dirty dishwater. I realize it's a sports bar and not fine dining so my expectations are clean table, courteous staff, and decent drinks.

A little overpriced and corporate not franchise so some of the specials aren't accepted. Good was good, waitress was really good.
