Wings were DRY as hail! Salt less, flavorless There was no lemon or pepper in that sauce! Fries were soggy, too. When I arrived no one was there at the front and then when I wandered through, the general manager asked and directed me towards a bunch of bums who were just standing around shootin' the ****. The girl with the spider lashes and wild weave was too busy flirting with one guy that eventually started bagging food. After 5 minutes of waiting on someone to acknowledge me, I walked back over to the manager to see if he would check to see if my food was ready. He then gets the guy's attention and asks him to check. He checked and come to find out my food had BEEN ready in the warmer despite the 10: 40 pickup time. I was 45 minutes EARLY! Therefore my food would have been COLD, OLD, AND SOGGY had I waited until the time quoted. Then they didn't have my whole order ready and the guy was confused when I asked for the rest of my order as though I was trying to jack some cheese sticks Needless to say, this was our last time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. They just can't get right.

5 stars to the staff! 2 stars for everything else. Dark amd dingy inside. My kids ordered their wings and fries, came out a different times. My cobb salad came out after my kids were done eating. My cobb salad was not a cobb salad. It had a little bit of shredded chicken and 1 tomato wheel with blue cheese crumbles on it. Then the bill was $60 not includimg tip. Definitely not worth it!

The server was great, the food was bad and hard. Spent too much on this food. Please tell me, was my " wings" reheated with the sauce?

Great food and was in and out. We love BWWs but the location near us is lacking but not here. I felt nostalgic eating my fav wings.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant of any kind. First we walk into a half empty restaurant at 9pm and are told there is a half hour wait. I asked why because the restaurant had at least a dozen empty tables. I was told they were reserved. So we waited. 25minutes later we were notified our table was ready. We walk to our table and all the "reserved" tables were still empty. We sit down at our table in the back corner of the restaurant and it takes our server 10 minutes to come to our table to get our drink order. When she comes back with our drinks, she asked us if we were ready to order. My wife was not so my daughter told come back in 5 minutes. She didn't come back for 20minutes. When she did, we placed our order and waited. About 25 minutes later our food came, but it was only my food. My wife daughter and son had to sit there and watch me eat. I finished my food before they got there's. Then next my daughter's food came out. My wife and son now have to watch my daughter eat here food. Now she has finished her food, and my wife and son still didn't have theirs. It took another 10 minutes after she was done eating for them to get their food! After all of that. We were not even offered a discount or anything. We were there for 2 hours to eat dinner that should have only taken 30 minutes tops to get. I am a Chef and work in the hospitality business. I was so tempted to walk in your kitchen and show your cooks how it's supposed to be done! This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I believe we are owed a full refund for our horrible experience at your establishment. And to top it all off. I believe your hatch green chili burger gave me food poisoning, because at about 2am, I woke up and proceeded to puke up my entire meal I just had. Was not sick before and was not sick after either. As soon as my body ejected your horrible food, I was fine again!

This was the worst by far in all my dinning experiences! Let's start by walking into a restaurant that states a 30-45 minute wait typed and hanging.ok, no problem we can wait.but then noticed the restaurant was barley full many open tables and some in the bar area. When asked about such tables response was the were reserved! Again, no problem we'll wait. 25 minutes go by and we are told our table was ready. Cool! Early. Not we waited extra long for our waitress to get us not only drinks but to finally take our order. By this time we are sure hungry its been close to 45 minutes of waiting finally we see our waitress headed our way with Food! Yes! NO out of 4 orders Only 1 came. So 3 of us sat w/o food waitress tells us she's sorry the kitchen is backing up and she's not sure what's going on back there, But she's on it. 10/13 minutes later as the 1st person has now pretty much finished his meal, the waitress returns with yet 1 yes 1 more persons food, but she's sorry (Though its NOT her fault) and she's working on the rest. Looking around there are many tables open and the tables with patrons are being served the same way 1 at a time. FINALLY after Another 20 or so minutes the last 2 meals were brought to our table. We wasted 2 hours of our vacation on such a terrible experience. TO TOP IT OFF 1 OF THE 4 GOT FOOD POISONING! Needless to say We will Not be visiting this location Ever Again. Another thing not once did a manager stop by and address the kitchen situation or apologize for the wait.

This must be an ongoing thing at buffalo wild wings, terrible service, horrible wait times, staff and management didn't want to do their jobs. This establishment needs to work on who it is hiring. It's the same in every state I have been to, it's always horrible and never worth the money for the overcooked wings.

Truly, the worst service experience I’ve had in any restaurant. I’ve worked multiple serving/hospitality jobs and really had to bite the bullet tonight with how disrespectful and inattentive our server was being to me and my girlfriend. Didn’t listen after MULTIPLE requests for napkins (we’re eating WINGS, hellooo), I had to get up myself and ask a COOK in the kitchen for a stack of napkins. On top of that, didn’t even bring a single sauce we ordered (she didn’t even remember what sauces too) never came back to fill up waters, bring napkins, ask how everything was or if we need anything extra; all of which does not take much effort outside of 2 visits/glances at the table. And all the manager did was give me $9 off of our $60 dollar bill. Almost felt like we were on a prank show with how unprofessional it all felt.

It was the worse experience we ever at a Buffalo Wild Wing All tables was dirty MANAGER AMANDA WAS HIDE IN HER OFFICE WE WAITED ALSO 2 HOURS FOR WINGS SHE STATED OUR WINGS WAS GIVEN TO AGO ORDER THE PEOPLE BEHIND US CAME HOUR AFTER US THEY GO THERE ODER BEFORE US THE MANAGER SUPPOSE TO COME OUT TO EXPLAIN NO AMANDA HIDE IN THE OFFICE

I do not have a positive experience there. The service at the table took some time, the place was quite dirty and the waitress' attention was very bad. There were times when no waiter was in sight in the restaurant. When I asked another waitress for the bill she said that I should ask the girl who was taking care of my table. When I finally got the bill, the attendant said that they did not accept card and this was not notified to me when I came inside the restaurant. I paid in cash and that's fine, but if I only had a card? What kind of situation would I have. If it wasn't for the food I wouldn't go back.

I'm absolutely in shock that a manager could get into any position of power and speak to staff and guests the way I saw at this location on 12/12/21. We put our name in about quarter after 9pm and got seated around 9: 45pm where we then sat for 30 minutes before we inquired at the front after our server. We were told there was no one to serve us with no apology, no acknowledgment that we'd just wasted an hour of our evening. If I was the manager and there was some unforeseeable issue, I would have offered to call the other I-Drive location and see if I could have a table waiting and call in the order so it would be ready when the patrons got there. I would at the very least offer up some kind of apology. We also witnessed the same manager yell at the host for seating people but if you can't seat guests that come in almost 2 hours before you close, it might be more than the host that is your issue. We expressed our displeasure rather respectfully given the whole situation, and as we left, the immature manager gave what was clearly a very loud and sarcastic "Thank you! Have a great night! Happy holidays! " Not a great representation for the company. As a business owner myself, I would not keep this person employed. She's ruining the entire reputation of the brand. This is sad because the Buffalo Wild Wings in Sanford, FL is amazing and goes above and beyond every time. The manager there (Mike I think?) should probably go rescue the I-Drive location.

The manager at your international drive store is horrific. Never in my existence have I been treated the way this store treated me and my family tonight. We waited for a table for 40 mins in an empty restaurant, then after we were seated for another 30 minutes, we watched multiple waitstaff walk past without ever saying a word to us. I went up to the counter to ask if there were any staff available to assist us. When i asked to speak with a manager I got to deal with Jamie. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Jamie blamed her staff for seating us and told us to go to one of the other Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. When I questioned why a manager of a retail chain would send us to another establishment, she told us that food at your restaurant would take at least another 90 minutes. I’m local here in Orlando and wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all to anyone.

Ok server was great Cynthia thank you. The food and quality was by far the worst. Imagine eating boneless chicken wings and the chicken is a jaw breaker! Chicken wrap was the same thing chicken flavored rocks with lettuce and cheese. Like to go out to eat and then think like Wendy’s could have been better then this is sad. Manager not around then when I spotted her she was laughing at the bar. Like kitchen has food sitting in the window and there serving 1 hour old chicken and your laughing at the fact that people are still buying the food.

As a bartender, I find it incredibly rude when staff completely ignores guests. A server at the front did not speak to me once, but sure had time to be on her phone and speak to her coworkers the entire time I was standing there waiting on my to-go food. If anyone had taken the time to help me in a timely manner, I wouldn’t have been standing there for over 25 minutes waiting on my order only to find out I was at the wrong location. I’ve never been to this location, but I can assure you I won’t return. Horrible customer service. Thankfully, the staff at the location I had actually ordered from was much more attentive.

Totally wasn't a fan. Susan at th4 bat moved slower than anyone I've ever known. She didn't go in the order of how we sat, she wasn't the best server /lacked customer service. I came in with 5 other people and it took us 30min to get 1 drink, so we didn't even order a 2nd.

A guy with dreads opened our doors, greeted us, and thanked us for coming. I told him we didn't have the best time with Susan, he apologized.

The location is in a great place w/ lots of parking. Good music and lots of seating.

Got a table right away, but then it took close to 10 minutes for our server to come to us. Service was VERY slow, took nearly 20 minutes to get drinks, server did apologize that the bartender was so behind, only ordered beer. We ordered everything (drinks and food) at the same time since we had plenty of time to look at the menu. Food did not come out together, and boneless wings, which came out last were cold. Sauces and sides were also missing and brought out after the fact.

Well.they don’t have to many staff, to dine-in ; I was waiting over 20min, with many tables empty; but then Kyndal (waitress) change my whole experience to “perfect “ she advise us best bundle promo, nice drinks and later the food was delicious and on time. Thanks to her, we will be back. I wanna make sure to everyone ask for her, you will not regret. She is awesome! Thanks from Carlos & Jackie.

This BWW is little smaller than others I have been to. Funny - I tried the brisket sandwich at a chicken place. Note to self - Go with the item a place is know for and remember the picture is usually better than the actual.
