Buffalo Wild Wings reviews
16Nick is the best bartender at BWW! He's always friendly and serves us quickly, checks in just the right amount, and remembers our orders. Also their hatch queso, fried pickles, and southwest blackbean burger are amazing! Best BWW that we've been to for consistency.
Tasty but. Where I come from "wet" apparently doesn't mean the same thing as this location. Should have checked before leaving I guess. Trust.it's a funny thing.
Did a pick up order, got a status that it was ready but had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my ice cream and now everything else is cold and rubbery. And of course husband picked it up and he's too nice to request a refund or items be re- made.
Great service. Place was clean and staff were amazing. My kiddo is so picky and loved the chicken tenders
Take out order of wings and fries. Both so overcooked they are uneatable. Since it was a takeout I didn't want to drive back for a refund. They used to be so good, BW3 never again.
The traditional wings were over fried and dry, not even the medium sauce helped, worst $29.74 I've ever spent.will not happen again.
Sincerely,

Me and my friends went in between 730-8 pm asked for a booth the host looked at the tables laughed and said umm no.sat us at a table that wasn’t wiped.server took forever to get our food orders. Also didn’t know that a alcoholic drink had alcohol in it even tho we were pointing at it. All the tables were dirty no one didn’t even try to clean. Saw another server put a tray of fresh food on a dirty table and gave it to the family. And bathrooms were trashed
Service was ok. For a while, I wasnt acknowledged at the bar. But, eventually the batender warmed up. Wings were light on meat and sauce. Beers went empty prior being offered another. Nonetheless, I will give them another opportunity as overall the experience was acceptable.
We came here on a Sunday night. The first round of chicken came out cold and dry and the fries were dead. The waitress said she would get us fresh chicken, the next round came out hot but still dry and tasted old. I think the cooks stopped cooking after a certain point and just put pre-cooked chicken in the microwave. Bad experience overall.
Chicken was to well done, waited could of checked back at table, I shouldn't have to ask for utensils, napkins, we asked for carry containers it was like he thought that container was coming out of his pay. Four of us, we ask for containers. He brings two, ah, I don't eat after kids, I need 4 containers. I guess he was new or overwhelmed
Waited 1 hour 50 minutes for our food. Followed up 2 xs with staff only to find out our order was not in system. We ordered at the restaurant. Waitress never returned to our table, had to seek out workers to inquire about the order. The place is huge and had only 10 people in the entire restaurant. Manager was so matter of fact about it. Worst restaurant experience we have ever experienced.
Great good. However this location cannot get their food out on time for typical deliveries and every time you call there's always a different excuse!
Food average, bar staff could have been "hospitable", didn't greet/welcome me, no smile, i left with poor impression.and i was only customer at time.
This place was a nightmare. We went there for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Bad idea! Football fans everywhere watching the 50 tvs they have in there. They had no booths available. We sat at a table which the chairs were completely uncomfortable to sit on. The table and chairs were both dirty. I had to use my own hand wipes in my purse to wipe everything down. There were screaming kids and a man with Tourettes that was making yelps like a dog, which is not his fault. I know that. It was just all so distracting is my point. We had to ask for straws and silverware. They weren't just given to us. Other people that arrived after us got their food before we did. None of the staff had name tags on. So we asked our waiter, whatever his name was, to get us a manager, which we almost never do. Heather, a manager, heard us out and apologized and gave us a $10 gift card which was a nice gesture. We found out our waiter's name is Elijah to which he finally put his name tag on right before we left. We may go back to that establishment but not likely at that location and never on a Sunday again.
Very very poor food. Interior and exterior of the restaurant looks like they will be closing any day!
Walked in on a Friday evening 7 pm. Two families in front of us and waited 8 minutes to be greeted and seated. The Buffalo Mac and cheese was cold, Buffalo ranch wrap had very little chicken, and a lot of lettuce, and cheese curds were cold. At one point I had 40,000 reward points and I can’t wait to use the rest of them and NEVER return. This place has gone down hill fast in the last year. Try Beef O’Bradys, not much better food but service is.
