The boneless wings are firey and delicious and the service is excellent. This company honored veterans with free food on Veterans Day. My brother is disabled and I picked up a take-out for him. He was so happy. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings!

My bartender John was awesome! Very nice and made good convo when he seen I was stood up on a date. Ended up staying and having some wings bc of him. I’ll be back!

Bartender was extremely rude for no reason and just kept getting more weird and rude as the night went on- made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Might be why the place was practically empty.

Food came out wrong, wait staff eating in dining room with managerwhile serving clients. Took over 1 hour and 20 minutes for lunch with less than 10 people in the restaurant.

My waitress was lovely. She helped me and my wife with all of our questions. The food came out quickly and delicious. Ambient is magnificent 10/10 I recommend

Food and drinks have been better in the past. Server was ok. Love the atmosphere and management was on point. My favorite thing is the lemon pepper wings!

Visited over the weekend, food was good but I was overcharged. Original bill was $35 but Joy ran my card for $41…. Waited fifteen minutes for her to return and never did. Couldn’t even find an employee around who could get the manager for us.
UPDATE: manager called us and apologized and reversed the charges.

If you want to go to a restaurant where management allows another customer to verbally yell at you threatening to “beat your a**” and then continue to sit three feet away from you just because he wanted the tv sound changed then this is the restaurant for you. My boyfriend and I came to BWW because it was my birthday night and we actually met here so it was a sentimental place for us, but after how we were treated tonight, we will never return to any location of this awful franchise. If you read through the reviews of this location this is clearly not an isolated incident, they don’t care about their customers. I’ve never seen management handle a situation so poorly. Go to Bru’s room instead.

Been here a few times and discussed every time. The latest was 04-29-23. Went for an employee gathering. I showed up late. The last to order food I got my meal before the first person that ordered. The service was extremely horrible and the food was just okay. I stay at the hotel across the parking lot very often and won't go back even if company pays.

Been to plenty of this chain's locations, and this one is a good baseline. Service, food, and sports bar vibe are exactly what I think BW3'S is expecting from their restaurants.

Asked for the dry rub lemon chicken wings they came with this gooey disgusting sauce the wings were super small when I asked the waitress what the sauce was and I asked for them dry rub said oh it'll be a few minutes give me a few minutes I waited 5 minutes and she never came back I ordered a small side salad they forgot to bring me the dressing I asked her if she would bring me some dressing and she said you have some with your wings I said that was for my wings not for my salad anyway needless to say I probably won't be back even though I live literally across the street the service was not good it was dirty and the manager walked around and didn't even help out clearing tables or anything just kind of pranced around but he was a big shot LOL I understand it's fast food but $25 for terrible chicken wings and a salad and a soda you should at least get a little bit of service

I love Buffalo Wild Wings my food here is always made fresh and prices are reasonable as well, the best wing place ofc

They're clearly under staffed but the the staff they have did an admirable job. The food was very good. The atmosphere was good. Overall a pleasant experience.

Gave this place a 5 star rating last time I came here. Ordered tonight 15 + 15 on a by one get half off 2nd. Wings were over cooked and less than half the size that they used to be. Bad enough no meat on them, but over cooked makes it unbelievably bad. You should change the name to Buffalo Pigeon Wings. Total disappointment to a former frequent customer. $45.00 for 30 wings on a bogo and a charge for take out. Goodbye

I went to this place yesterday and I was just so disappointed. My food was as hard as a rock. I banged the wings on the table and it sounded like a knock on the door. My overall experience was terrible. Yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk, and more yuk.

Wings were cooked just the way I requested and delicious. Customer service was great! Forgot to mention the burgers are delicious a must try!
