Buffalo Wild Wings, Wellington FL

We’ve had the same waiter 3 times every time we come…we always have to tell him more than 3 times to get us what we want even though he wrote it down on his pad. This business wasn’t always like this, it’s going downhill with a wait staff that doesn’t even care about the business. I can’t even recommend this place anymore.

It's surely a sports bar. Better than most I have been to. Thus location the dry rub salt and vinegar were very good. The Buffalo dry rub wasn't the best. I would have liked to have celery with the wings. Service was hit or miss throughout the time we were there. Potato wedged were tasty.

Worst service ever. Delivered meat on a bun. Sides were not delivered. When I called the store they said I need to come in and get them. Flanagan s from on.

Overall good experience. My burger was not the greatest however the chicken wings were. (Asian zing and mango habanero). The waiter Nicholas was so attentive and kept on coming to check in on us. Great sports place to watch your favorite games

Very lazy staff. Manager sat us at a filthy table then stared at his phone for over an hour. Food was luke warm and wasn't hot or fresh. Wasn't asked for refills with obvious empty drinks. It was dead not even busy. Ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until we were all done eating dinner. I've worked in food for many years and the service was just terrible. I don't like complaining but it was just that bad.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich & it had one quarter sized drop of buffalo sauce & the piece of chicken was like 6 inches long. The food sucks here honestly. Will not be returning (:

Terrible service. 2nd time ive had issues with this location. Last time got the wrong order and got told sorry i have to order again to get delivery of the right order. This time its been 1h20min since i ordered before the driver left the store. Unbelievable that it could take so long for boneless wings. When i called i was placed on hold for 15min with no one ever speaking to me. Jus terrible service.

Terrible, we stood there for 6 minutes waiting for someone to seat us and no one ever came. The desk for pick up was empty, phone was ringing off the hook and it looks like only one person was working in total and one person at the bar. Horrible service.

The service was terrible and the food was worse. The restaurant was not busy, when we arrived we were 1 of 3 tables there. We were a party of 10 7 adults 3 kids. Once we received our drinks they were not refilled until we were nearly done wity our meal. We told her we were ready to order so she took our kids orders, left and came back probably 15 minutes later with their food, then we had to ask to place our order. Once she took our order and we got our food my orange chicken was bland and my chicken tasted like it was great value frozen chicken from Walmart. Our table had no silverware or napkins so we had to ask for all of that too. Once we finished eating we asked for the check and had it split by families (4 families). The waiter brought 1 family's check out then walked away and had to be flagged down to be told the rest of us were also ready for the check, then she brought 1 more check, and had to be told a 3rd time everyone wanted to pay.

I ate here a couple weeks ago, let’s just say the whole experience was horrible. Our server seemed like he cares too much to talk to his coworkers than actually work. Had to ask for everything including forks to eat our app. I would probably never return to BWW after this time. Also the food didn’t taste too fresh

First time at a bww. As soon as server came over we could tell she didn't want to be there.i ordered drinks and app. I usually wait a few min to order meal just to get the app down. She asked if we were ready to order 3 times within just a few min. We finally gave in with no app yet, thinking we should get it any min. Still no app. I ask her wheres our app. She said "let me see what i can do" huh ok, 30 min pass since ordering app. She comes back with the app same time as meal. I hate that. Its called "everything pretzel twist". There was nothing on them! Now im looking for ketchup for my and dont see any. I ask, she shows me its on the other side of menu. She leaves i grab the ketchup and its empty. I said i need the check she asks us if we want dessert cause the restaurant slowed down. SHE ONLY HAD 3 TABLES! I hope there all not like the one in wellington.

Pretty bad experience. Took a few minutes to even get sat, then when sat the waitress was more interested in her lunch than even greeting us or taking an order. Walked out.

For the outrageous prices I am paying I was down right disappointed with how average the wings are and how stingy they were with their sauces! As a long time BWW fan I will not be coming back as any other wing establishment would have offered better wings for a more reasonable price. Only upside was our server was great.

Also they wouldn’t show American Ninja Warrior on any of the TV’s and instead showed the NBA playoff game. Ridiculous!

My order was supposed to be ready at 6: 10 when I got there they told me wait another 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I use to go here all the time but the more I went the more I saw the lack of service from the employees. Today I I called in for a order and the employee that answer seemed to only have okay in their vocabulary when I asked them questions on my order and I ended up not ordering because they didn’t care enough to get my order right

Don’t order from here doordashed traditional and boneless combo, only got about ten wings with barely any sauce + not traditional wings. Lazy people can’t even read instructions when they spent two hours preparing the order. Waste of money

Food was tasty but prep and service could use some attention. My quesadilla was served naked on the plate without the shredded lettuce or salsa. I asked the server who brought it to our table for salsa and had to ask 3 times. She had no clue (not our waitress). Too much trouble to get lettuce.

We got there we were standing waiting to be seated for a while, the place was about 35% full so it was a lot of empty tables to be seated. Until someone came and told me that was a 45 minutes wait to be seated because they were back up at the kitchen, so I ask if we could wait at the table and they told me no. I ask to speak to the manager and nobody came to speak to me. And I ended up leaving. To many young kid that don't care working there.

It's under new management. They are upgrading the TV's and viewing experience which is going to look great. The new GM was super friendly. Still one of my favorite spots.

The one star goes out to the service at this location. Took 20 minutes to get fountain drinks, never got a drink from the bar I ordered. Had to ask a waitress who said it was her 2nd day get refills of the fountain drinks, SILVERWARE, and the rest of the food we ordered (Keri was her name and she was more attentive then the actual manager). Our waitress was apparently the shift MANAGER with no manager skills and blaming her staff for everything taking so long. I understand short staffing issues but it was not even busy. To top it off the experience took ANOTHER 15 minutes just to GET a check to leave!
