The food came quicker than the drink, server blamed the bartender. I watched me drink sitting there for over 5 minutes. My kids love the winds otherwise I would avoid this place like the plague.

45 minutes for a chicken Caesar salad. I do not recommend this place, expect at least an hour for food and poor service. Place isn’t busy, just no management.

I had a fantastic experience here I must commend Leila for providing us exceptional service.very friendly I will be returning again!

DAIRY was an absolutely phenomenal waitress. It was busy so the food came out at different times but DAIRY was top notch with service and you can tell she truly cares about her customers and our veterans!

Bad customer service.even though order is ready and available for pickup the lady just say order is not ready yet.worst customer service ever seen.

Stood near the bar for almost a whole quarter in the chiefs broncos game and not a single person said a word to us. No wonder this place has no business, couldn’t even get a drink, or a hello

Every time I come here Joel makes sure I’m well taken care of at the bar probably the best service I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings definitely recommend for anybody swinging by for some sports and a drink

Couldnt get refills or napkins. I got my wings before my fried pickles because they had so many already premade and they were SUPER HARD. Then my Girlfriend got her food like almost 18 minutes after that then we couldnt find someone to get a bill.
Employees AND the Kitchen Manager was outside shooting basketballs in a blowup Parking lot event. If you need to staff extra people so that some management can run the event in the parking lot.but i spent $76 and couldnt even help. I was raising my hand like a I was a student at school.why the F%^& should i spent $76. I can buy all that stuff and make it myself, I WAS THERE FOR SERVICE AND TO BE CARED FOR.

I literally have never made a single poor review in my life, but I cant stand the fact that I just dropped almost $100 and was screaming to get help.

As expected, BWW always has a plethora of available screens to showcase the sports of the day while enjoying your meal, a few drinks, and bantering amongst other sports fans. However, just do not expect that scene/vibe at this location on Halloween. I specifically went to BWWs after leaving the golf course to eat and watch sports until Game 4 of the World Series started. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service from the shift manager overshadowed the kindness exhibited by the bartender and waitress. After I watched a rerun of a Saturday football game for 10 minutes, I asked the waitress could she turn the TV to the golf channel so I could watch the live college tournament. She did make every effort to and accomplished the task after another 15 minutes. But, not only did the content change on the TV I was focusing on, several TVs were changed to Casper the friendly Ghost with the audio broadcasted throughout the establishment. After listening for 10 minutes, I asked if the sound could be aligned to any sports-related TV. The staff did turn the sound to a sport news show but was soon thereafter instructed by the day-shift manager to turn the sound back from sports to a children Halloween movie. This is a sports bar! And…no kids were present. Upon my inquiry… Waitress responded: "She's a Halloween fan so that's why the TVs are on the Halloween movie". So yes, a discussion was had with the manager to attempt understanding why I was not able to watch and listen to sports-related content on a late Tuesday afternoon. She was very abrupt & dismissive and informed me that golf wasn’t relevant enough to listen to and continued to say - “TVs sound will change to sports when the 8pm game comes on…nothing good is on until then. ” It's 530pm and those that are here want to watch sports and have fun. The day manager (Oct 31) definitely isn't adhering to the 5 BBW values. I’m confused…does the establishment aim to provide an environment that is welcoming and adjustable to the desires of the paying customers? Or, does the desire management trump the customer?

To add insult to injury, there is no reason the food should have been mediocre (dry wings and overcooked wedges) during a slow evening.

Portions are drastically smaller than any other location we’ve been to. Food took over 20 minutes to come out after ordering. When we asked to order & for our check, we were told to do it on the app. Why come to a restaurant without table service? We waited 25 minutes for the TV to be changed before it was & missed the start of the game. The trainee with our server was very friendly but otherwise a very underwhelming experience.

If I can give a ZERO I would! We had horrible service. Zachary was our server and it was nothing but bad service and shrugged shoulders. He asked if we needed anything else and we asked for refills and never came back. The place wasn’t EVEN BUSY…… The Wings were BONE DRY! The list can keep going but honestly don’t waste you money or time! Take your business somewhere. Watch out for that guy Zachary!

Every time I’ve come here the service is awful. Even when it is quiet I wait at least 40 minutes for my food and it comes out barely warm. I’ve also ordered online and when I got to the store they said they hadn’t received my order. The staff is very unorganized and don’t seem to care. Will not be going back to this location.

If I could put zero stars I would, My fiance and his work crew just came to this buffalo wild wings for lunch, about 6 men ordered food and only 2 of them received their food after being there for an hour and a half. That's absolutely ridiculous as y'all just opened at 11am and I saw videos of how dead the atmosphere was. We will NEVER return and we will make sure our friends and family NEVER go to this location EVER. Absolutely horrible service.

Katie was a rude cashier/order taker. Two thumbs down & 0 stars. Made me wait for my order 40 minutes & it was all cold old & nasty.

Went here with family tonight and to say I was disappointed is to say the lease. My father in law was in town and became upset when he received his food 20 minutes before the rest of the table. The food runner informed us the food here comes out "hot and ready" rather than waiting for the entire tables food. He asked for a manager and the assistant came over whom was EXTREMELY rude. She offered no help or solution. She was cocky, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. She should not be able to hold a job at this establishment. We then asked her for the main manager on shift where she then walked away and proceeded to MOCK us! Insane. However the main manager on shift was so sweet, she completely understood the situation and apologized promptly. She took very good care of us and we couldn't appreciate her help more. At the end of the day we were no long upset about the food just the utter disrespect from the assistant manager. All we wanted was a solution not a "what do you want me to do" attitude.

I had visited this location many times before but this time the food was cold, not fresh and very disappointing! My server never brought us napkins or checked if we need anything.
I spent $89 for:
15 wings + 6 matzerala microwave sticks + small skinny fries + 2 extra sweet strawberries margaritas and 2 basic mojito with water test.

Don’t rely on Alex the bartender/waitress to check on your food you’ll 40 min or more had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer since I was on break.
First time I had such a horrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings!
