Only complaint is 2 hours for an oil change is too long.

My car buying experience started out great. Internet and Sales depts were very quick to communicate and everything was tracking toward the sale over a 3-day period. I am not local so there were many texts/phone calls to go over details. Photos/info was exchanged on my trade vehicle. When I ultimately decided to go forward with the deal the manager decided to renege on the deal because he wasn't happy with the trade offer they had given the day before. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced when purchasing a car. I have bought half a dozen vehicles remotely and never had a trade value withdrawn to kill a deal. Buyer beware.

First time using the service department, it was very easy to schedule service online. Staff was very courteous and my vehicle was taken on time.

My son was buying his first vehicle (2024 Buick Envista) and had Alana as Sales rep. This place is top notch! Extremely courteous, professional, attentive, and upfront. No sales gimmicks. Made occasion truly a special event for my son. I've purchased vehicles before and wasted an entire day for the process. This place had us in and out with my son driving his new vehicle in no time. I will be taking my other son here when he is ready for his first vehicle.

Do not even waste your time, the people in sales absolutely suck! They didn’t know the left from their right! They also do not want to make sales or deals. They do anything to bring you in the door, but once you’re there it’s nothing but games. Go to Tampa GMC or elsewhere with better deals.

The service an the people were all friendly a helpful with any questions i had also i appreciate the coffee an cookies an my car looked great after they washed it i come every time because your a great place

We can’t thank the staff at Buick for making our car buying experience so seamless. Dylan, our sales rep was knowledgeable about the product and found the right vehicle to fit our needs. Howard was very helpful with financing and took us through the entire buying process. And we of course have to thank Joe for making it all happen.
