Everyone is always so professional and extremely helpful. Not once have I felt that my concerns were invalid, but taken seriously to try to get things fixed appropriately. Thanks to all the staff, but 3 more so, Tad, Nick, and as of today, Bob. You 3 have kept me coming back. I love my truck regardless of the few hiccups it’s given me.

Maria went out of her way. I mean out of her way to help me with purchasing a car for my granddaughter. Its a surprise. She's going to pull it in the showrrom and put a bow on it and we are just going to casually stop by.

I went to dealership recently to compare the new Sierras to other trucks I have been looking to buy at Toyota, Chevy, and Ram. I'm not sure if Danny had already hit his quota for the year but couldn't seem any less interested in assisting us. After just a generally grumpy and rude interaction we test drove one and wanted to sit down to look at realistic numbers. Danny asked us how serious we were because "it's a lot of work for him". I was very specific with the trucks I was debating between, it's not like we were out joy riding Porches for fun in the middle of Holiday chaos. They had a small selection and Danny suggested I can just search online since the they didn't have color I wanted. No other assistance offered. We left, and 100% would not go back to purchase.

Great team to work with, genuine sales staff and great sales managers made sure I got the truck I wanted in the price wanted.

Traded my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT for a New 2024 GMC Sierra AT4, MR PINK was my salesman and he was Excellent.

Confusing pricing. Step One had the car listed online at a dealership and moved it to another and increased the price by $5k. (2018 model) I brought up the previous price and was basically told I should absorb the difference. Why would I do that? The sales person was super nice and very helpful, but I literally ran away when I was told the price increase was accurate and non-negotiable.

UPDATE: I went back now that's it's been a few months and the car was marked down. SAME CAR. Salesman walks up and literally the first thing out of his mouth was "yep, got this in on trade last week. " WHAT! I test drove this car at this dealership months ago. Very disappointed that the car buying experience at this dealership starts with a boldface lie. Def will not return. Be aware.

I worked with Alan at the front desk to get my 2015 Buick Encore fixed today and he was so nice. I needed my purge valve replaced.it was causing my car to rattle and shake when I put gas in. They immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I didn’t have to wait all day long. This issue has been a pain in my hip for months and I am so glad I got it fixed. Thank you all so much for getting me back on the road with no worries and you all did not break my pockets so thank you thank you!
