Absolutely terrible customer service and management. Will never shop at one of these stores again. Staff could not be more rude.

I was very happy with the service and quality of clothing at this store. I got my son the most adorable romper and a great book here! They have some Kytebaby, Magnetic Me, Beaufort Bonnet company and more. The owner was nice too!

Love this store and their staff! The Beaufort Bonnet collection is always the best and my go to gift choice!

Lost my business! More worried about masks than making customers welcomed.

We visited this store on our vacation to the beach and as much as I loved the store itself and the merchandise we were less than impressed with the staff. Like others have stated as soon as we walked in we were hardly greeted but given the “up/down” look instead by 2 out of the 3 staff working. They never said a word to us while we shopped but instead stared and whispered to each other. Once we were ready to purchase our items and placed them on the counter the cashier never said a word to us. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Not sure what was going on but it was almost as if you could feel the tension right when you walk in the door. We’ve already booked our same vacation for next year and we have agreed that will definitely not be making the stop in this store next year.

All the employees are great but the manager, Ali is absolutely phenomenal.
She goes above and beyond every time to help me find exactly what I’m lookin for.

This store is great. Carries great brands like Freshly Picked and Kissy Kissy. Adorable baby outfits and maternity clothes. We come here every trip and the ladies couldn’t be nicer.

My mother & I stopped in last week while on vacation to pick up a few gifts. We were greeted when we entered the store by 2 associates who seemed to be having a conversation & both of them looked us up & down as if checking to see if we were “worthy” of shopping there. Less than 5 minutes later one of them asked if we had found anything. Very awkward & uncomfortable. I purchased the one item I had in my hand & we left & purchased our gifts from Duckies instead, where we were treated like valued customers. We visit Seaside every time we are in the area but I will never step foot in Bump & Baby again! No wonder it was the only shop during the busy season that did not have any other customers inside while we were there.

Very sweet store for baby and maternity products, however, I had a terrible experience with a staff memeber. A comment was made to me that I may need some assistance since my 14 month of daughter was interested in the stuffed animal dogs but I had not made a purchase yet. It felt intentional and very uncomfortable. I did not end up making a purchase and left after being treated as if I was too poor to shop there.
