Stay Away, i lived here for 6 years, no problems at all until i moved in to a bigger apartment, full of roaches, nasty oven, main gates that never works properly, when you move out be carefull bringing the roaches to your new location and "the move out charges and fees"! DOESN'T WORTH THE PRICE THAT YOU PAID MONTHLY

Manténgase alejado, viví aquí durante 6 años, sin ningún problema, hasta que me mudé a un apartamento más grande, lleno de cucarachas, horno desagradable, portones principales que nunca funcionan correctamente, cuando se mude, tenga cuidado de traer las cucarachas a su nueva ubicación y revise bien"los cargos y tarifas de mudanza". NO VALE EL PRECIO QUE PAGAS MENSUALMENTE!

Manny Solano did a great job on our AC maintenance. He was thorough and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Ricardo came today 11/14/22 to check the A/C. This is the 12th time in less than 2 months that I am reporting the A/C is freezing and not cooling at all. His service was excellent as always and he mentioned the A/C unit on apt 414 needs to be replaced. He emailed his boss with the information. I hope this new administration finally resolved the A/C and replaced it.

Today 12/10/2022 the AC is still an issue here. The equipment needs replacements and the office does not do anything.

I am so tired of this. It’s frustrating.

The ladies in the front are so nice, Aline, Wileshka, Loraida, as well as James, Luis, and Jimmy. Can’t forget Ricardo, Miguel, and Josue.

While every apartment complex has its own issues, the staff at Burano have always treated me with the utmost respect and have always done their best to fix any issues and deliver an amazing customer service experience! Special shout-out to Wileshka and to Louis for the help as always!
