Burger Craze, Deerfield Beach FL

Visited for lunch (ate in) and had take out the next day. Food was delicious, portions good and service great. Our server for lunch was a young red headed girl and she was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Saturday evening for take out she was there again and again delivered the same friendly service. There was another young lady as well originally fron Long Island and she too was so friendly. If you’re in Deerfield on vacation, Definitely recommend visiting this establishment based on the service provided by these two staff members.

The food was great. The service was great. We sat outside and it was great. The only reason I knocked 1 star off is bc I ordered my sandwich to be on lettuce and they brought it on a bun. The burgers were delicious and the chili cheese fries and parmesan truffle fries were delicious! We ordered a coke and diet coke and they were cans of pop poured into glasses with paper straws.

Just had a burger from here! Very bland and the Beef definitely isn’t fresh! Waste of 14 dollars, McDonald’s burger has more flavor than burger craze

Some of the best burgers I've ever had. The waitress was absolutely amazing and friendly. The drinks and food were just absolutely amazing. There were so many options that it was so hard for us to just choose one thing.

I went as a solo diner for a meal. It took the server a few minutes to take my order and I told her I would start with a water and decide on my other drink soon. She never came back. My food was brought by another person and was not made correctly. Overall very disappointing for an over cooked burger and a small amount of sauce barely noticeable ($0.75 extra). I had to get my water bottle out of my bag because nobody would refill my water. Eventually another lady refilled my drink after she saw me drinking from my bottle. My server was nowhere to be found and I When I could see her she didn’t look at me. She eventually dashed behind me, asking if it was good but left before I could really answer as I had a mouth full of food. She did not care about my service. It really sucks to be a solo patron and treated like you’re invisible. I had planned on spending a lot of money on a booze shake and a few beers but decided against it when it took 45 minutes for a burger.

I just had the sliders with scallions and aoli sauce, sweet tater fries and ceaser salad.
Absolutely delicious. Great place.

Dogs are allowed outside on their beautiful patio area that you can see the sand and water from. Food was good and the atmosphere was paradise perfect!

Food was awesome! ED was great! Will be back They have live music on Friday nights and the guitar player is awesome!

Today my fiancé and I decided we’d give this spot a try for the first time. We waited to be seated for quite a while. There were only 3 people working, a man who appeared to be the manager, one server and a bartender who was also trying to take orders and wait tables, while making drinks at the bar. We waited for our table, the “manager” cleaned the table and as we were standing waiting to be seated, a couple came up and asked for the table. The “manager” informed them the table was already taken. The couple began to boo him and gave him thumbs down so he went ahead and gave them our table knowing we were next in line, standing and waiting. When I asked him why were we skipped and our table given to someone who came after us, he replied “I thought you’d just sit at the bar. ” We left. We will not be back. Poorly staffed and no consideration. No thanks. We ended up going up the road to Charm city burger spot. They never disappoint.

This is a weird review. I will start off by saying John Taffer would have shut this place down instantly. There were only 2 people working, one of which was also the bartender. There was tension between the 2 working. The service was very slow (which we expect leaving NY). The table across from us was given raw chicken fingers for their 5 year old. The dad brought it back to the kitchen and a new one was never brought out because they thought they didn't want more. So we at this point had very low expectations. Our waitress was EXTREMELY distracted while taking our orders. Again only 2 people taking orders so not her fault. Our food took a very long time to come out. We were charged for things that weren't given. There was what looked like a manager but he didn't seem to be much help. People walked away from the bar because they sat to long before getting any attention. Burgers were VERY well done. Most likely won't return here.

Eh. Nothing special. I remember finishing and thinking I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

If you want Nachos by the beach, they're good. If you want anything else through my experience I don't recommend it.
Our first experience of the night was our severs lack of knowledge regarding alcohol. When I asked for something that specifically wasn't an IPA that she recommended, I was brought an IPA (not a big deal but that's where it continued to get worse). The Nachos we're good so much so we had fellow customers come up asking if it was good and complaining to us that they wish they bought that because of their burgers were dry (this was 3 separate parties mind you.) Regardless of their warning I decided to get a Medium rare burger. It was all pink on the inside and made me sick 30 minutes later for a whopping $20! (I got the customized burger). Awful experience. My parenter was reluctant due to the customers bad reviews and got a ice burge lettuce salad with Mahi. Even she was disappointed. They brought out the wrong toppings on her salad, the fish was dry and the lettuce was only a head of Ice burge lettuce chopped in half! (no we didn't ask for a wedge salad or anything like that she said a chopped salad specifically and that's what they did).
It may have just been the staff that night, but we were heavy spenders on our vacation and man this place ruined our night at the beach. I wish we had our money back for everything except the nachos.

This place is amazing. I ordered take out and it was quick and the food was very hot. I highly recommend their hamburger and French fries.

This place has the best Burgers and fries I have ever have.and the waitress Lisa is amazing.

Update: the food is still great and the atmosphere is awesome the only issue is the service is not as good as it used to be

Wait staff was slow
She never came back to refill water or soda. Food was lack luster and burger buns were rock hard. Steak and shake is a better burger joint.

I had the touch of magic burger, and it had good taste but too much bun compared to burger and way too much special sauce. Also, the bacon was undercooked. Bacon needs to be crisp. The sautéed onions were also a tad undercooked and greasy. The sweet potato waffle fries were mediocre. Too dry with little taste. The service was good, though, and the outdoor patio was excellent. I'm sorry to say but this is why I don't go out to eat very much. Food quality, in my opinion, has deteriorated. The lack of good quality cooks who actually know how to cook. The cook here probably could cook a mean shrimp creole but obviously doesn't know how to make a good quality burger.
