Burger King, Fort Lauderdale FL

I ordered two cheese and egg croissant and it was the most disgusting sandwich ever. They eggs and cheese were runny and the bread was almost as if it was just smashed together. Literally just through it away

I want to recognize the manager Orel for going ABOVE & BEYOND for me.not only did he personally take my order but he took out the time to MANUALLY input my gift card after having an error when swiped! That is TRUE customer service!

The food average.
Sandwich wasn't warm enough and the cheese not even melted.
Anyway tasted ok.
The main problem was related with higiene.
No hand sanitizer at all.
No soap either at the toilets.
Toilets very nasty btw.

Somebody left their weave on the front counter and almost all dinning room tables dirty. Not to mention floors, and bathrooms.

Burgers were full of mayo. The employees weren't using the mask properly. They had them down in the neck.

The manager who was on duty at store 06000 on 8/12 at 2: 00 pm needs to be fired. She was rude from the start. I ordered two Whoppers and two 8 pc Chicken Nuggers and a caramel subdae. She refused to give me more than 5 little ketchup packets and charged me 11 cents for a second dipping sauce. She also gave me only 7 nuggets in one of the 8 nugget orders. Worst of all, she made me a lousy watery sundae, flat with no swirl and a teaspoon of caramel sauce. She wouldn't tell me her name and her hair covered her name tag but she said she was the manager. This woman should be fired!

This is the worst Mc Donald these people are so rude they close the window on our face while we ask for a hot cup of water. This is the worst customer service ever they should close this place down or fire the girls that work there they are so rude.

Went through the drive thru. We got our food and was very satisfied. Fries were fresh and hot. The Whoppers were the BEST that we have eaten in years! The Whoppers were fresh, not red in the middle, veggies were fresh. I was very pleased, especially as a foodie. I might have to come back to Fort Lauderdale just to get a great Whopper. I won't and don't patronize BK in Valdosta. It's the worst. (All of them)

The manager was so thoughtful and pleasant. Made my experience wonderful. Need more people like her around.

Worst BK I have ever eaten at. I got the spicy chicken combo. The chicken was burnt and did not taste fresh. I am certain that it was old. And the sandwich was messy and they did not put tomatoes on it. Don’t go to this BK.

This place is just disappointing, disgusting. Ceiling leaking they don’t even put anything to hold the water. Bathroom lord just nasty! The lady who took our order just rude then calls the mother on the phone just to argue with her out loud! The girl who prepared our food was back there eating out the maker. Then once I got my phone my Whopper bread was so hard I actually hit it against my table. Horrible!

Burger King is a wonderful place that you can eat and relax and enjoy and if I were you enjoy their food as well trying to get used to it and it will be good and tasteful I like the place and it's interesting and I'm enjoy Burger King because their service is wonderful and a service with a smile

This is the single worst Burger King I have been to. Staff tell at each other, ignore customers, unorganized and rude. My burger was cold and my onion rings (the only reason I go to burger king) are over cooked.

Just perfect and Ms. Carmen the manager is SUPER NICE! My order is always CORRECT the first time!

Be prepared for a 21 minute wait for your meal while first in line - then provide another 5 minutes for order to be corrected.

Said they were unable to serve soft drinks last week, this week unable to serve coffee or soft drinks. Now says they are under a boil water order.they aren't in the area of the water order. Management is simply too clueless to run this business like a business. I'm done going here.

I go there at least four or five times a week they are very friendly very nice to do business with I know the people by their first name that I deal with on a regular basis.

Unpredictable - last time I was there the girl at the window was wearing sunglasses. I took a picture when she got snooty after I asked her why. There is no sun at that time of day on that side of the building.

They used to have a great staff! Not sure if it's just a different shift or if they were seasonal but those ladies (?), they were awesome! A hot, policies and great food with great service!

Great service staff at this location. " Hello baby. How you doing today hun. " The cashiers always has a great attitude.
