Burger King, Tampa FL

There was this employee Jose Figueroa who once yelled at me and threatened me! This is the worst location ever!

Order completely wrong and have been the past several times with new girl working window. While she is beautiful, she pays no attention to details and ones order.

Horrible every single time. The wait is always ridiculous. Today I went there they had no ice & their fountain drinks tasted like hot watered down soda so only option was a orange juice which I barley like to drink. When I told the host Latasha that their fountain drinks tasted like water she had a attitude asking me every did I want then like I actually had a choice the only thing left was the orange juice! Needs better management & employees that want to work there!

Only at about 4 employees they took their time they made sure everything was perfect and they were very polite.also they made sure we had straws and napkins

Food was fast but i ordered ice cream and that went downhill fast 10 minute wait for ice cream that wasn't even that solid.

Drinks had soda all over the outside when given to me. Cold food long wait times. Employees could care less, they were all hanging around just talking about who knows what.

This Burger King on Busch Boulevard across the street from Busch Gardens was the worst experience I've ever had a Burger King horrible service gave me the wrong order it took in the car almost 25 minutes to get my order took orders of cars after I got there just horrible will never go back to that Burger King

The service was terrible and only two employees was working also the tables was dirty and nasty with people hair and disrespectful and they need to shut it down permanetely.

Cashier spelled my name horribly wrong, half of my chicken tenders were served to me raw- i wouldnt come back here if i were payed to.
Go to the one on 56th next to winn dixie.

Always have it my way! My favorite one is here on Busch. Customer service and cleanliness are great!

When I'm working over there and that section of town I stopped at Burger King I like the food customer service great can't complain

There is no reason anyone should have report BROWN LETTUCE on a review. Any decent cook should refuse to put it on a sandwich. This is a no return customer.

Food was hot and fresh.our order was short some items.they corrected the order to our satisfaction.

Never has condiments that you want and service is terrible this has to be the worst Burger King in Tampa. By the way don’t go here on your lunch break if you can’t wait 45 minutes for your food.

I just ate here. Had a chicken sandwich. The lettuce was rotten. I left the food in the parking lot. It came back up as soon as i walked out side. A code enforcement worker is in the store right now. I hope the place gets shut down. Omg the food was soooo bad.

I'm not sure of which was worse.the wait, or the customer service. Careful! If you're going drive thru, bring a book.

Food always cold, the entrance beats my car up trying to get into this location.employees ghetto and rude.i’ll never go back.

Never go through the drive through if you ask for anything specially made for your food. It will be WRONG. So I started going inside, they still get it wrong. All I want in no mayo, add mustard, cant get it right. I dont go anymore.
