11Once again a disappointing experience at a fast food restaurant they just don't seem to put much love into the food these days' they mail it in
Their best bet was their portion sizes of meals but that has changed, sizes went down, while prices went up, employees are to be reminded of what customers ordered, drink no ice, guess what, drink with ice.
Although being heavily under construction the staff are fast and efficient with good fast food.
I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a delightful evening and the place was indeed the reason for the fruitful gathering. The waiters contributed in a splendid way, the meals were appetizing and my guests were very joyful. We shall surely return for more celebrations.thanks very much.
Drive-thru took for ever got to the window the employee was so rude no smile nothing very dry didn’t get receipt I go to burger kings a lot oil work on the road most of them the staff is very rude
Ordered small decaf had to wait about 10mins after driving through the drive-thru don't know what I received it was nasty had to throw it away. Did call about it talked to mgr on duty but couldn't return would have been late to work. Mgr did offer a free coffee next trip wasn't interested.
The customer service was on point as usual. Somehow my burger meal today was extra delicious. Pace was fast & out as the store is being renovated.
Poor experience here. Wa given the incorrect change and then told I was lying. I asked them to review the cameras and they wouldn't show me the footage but still claimed I didn't give them the $20 bill, that I did. But again, they would show me the footage.
Very sketchy staff.
It will take about 15 mins to get your food in the car line and they won't give you sauce or get your order correct
Tables and chairs were very clean but left very wet. Grilled chicken had way too much sauce. Whopper, onion rings and iced coffees were just right. Staff friendly.
Service isn't bad but the location is very dated and needs a good cleaning. Door missing in stall ladies room for quite some time, broken seat with caution tape for months. This location is 5mins from my house but I mostly go to the one on Pines Blvd and University. This store has a lot of potential but needs better management.
