Burger King, Bradenton FL

This is one of the few times I will give burger king 5 stars. The food was good, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were actually hot, and the cashier was super nice.

Love it and always will. My favorite grab and go place for on the go or after work food. 15years and counting

Last three visits there in the last 2 weeks they haven't got a single order right the lobby is closed so you have no choice but to go through the drive through they've gotten my order mixed up once with another car load they've missed items in my order ordered cheese on the burgers paid for cheese didn't get the cheese this used to be a Good Burger King but I've gone there for the last time

Probably the 1st time in a long time the food was actually hot and fresh girl at window was nice and polite big change from most BKs weve gone to. No trash cans outside though which sucked

AYANNA is super friendly, attentive and knows perfectly how to serve a client. My family and I were delighted with her care. The owner of this place is lucky to have employees like her. Thanks a lot!

Your hours say you are open till 11: 30pm but every night this week when I come thru the drive thru at 10: 15pm on my way to work you are closed and the girls inside just shake there heads no at me. What is going on?

Mediocre at best, was given a raw whopper once. Seems like the patties are always pink. Also the patties look like they have fat symmetrically placed around the thing, giving it a weird unnatural look. Weird.

I normally rate pretty fare on all around service, but all I ordered was a bacon king and a large coke. 23 mins later in the drive thru I pay for it and then 10 mins after paying for it I actually get get the burger. So I pull over and open up my sandwich and I looked like they dipped it in grease bun And all. I wish I took a picture of it but I couldn’t finish it. I honestly think the slow service was Becuase of not a lot of staff but I’ll be visiting again soon and hope they have fixed these issues.

I was at this location on 6/23/2020 and inside ordering my meal when someone drove out of the drive-thru without their meal. One of the employees named Lindsey grabbed his bag of food and ran out of the kitchen all the way to a busy intersection to give this man his food. She deserves a raise. That’s customer service. I’ll happily keep coming back knowing they hiring such generous people.

Excellent service! The manager at noon today, a very very great manager, didn't get his name but he was working the shift at 1: 00 today.he was just great managing all the food orders at a very busy time. Wonderful guy! Very very well done sir!

All employees had masks and gloves on and cleaning area constantly. Felt safe with the whopper.

We waited in the driver thru and didn't move for 7 minutes. There were only 4 cars in line. We had to back up to get out.

Using the mobile app I placed an order. Upon arrival the restaurant was shut down for construction. My credit card was charged. I emailed BK with no response. I called customer service and am now waiting on a response. My time to get my $5.87 refund is far in excess of this amount. I have to wonder if this is part of the corporate strategy. Sigh
