I am afraid to eat a burger kings my food has been tampered with there us no contact for area management I called made complaint to regional office never heard back. Terrible

Conveniently located along W Kennedy Blvd close to the junction of Westshore Blvd.

Quiet when I visited but that was fine. Food was quick out although not as hot as it should have been, which was a shame. Clean and modern inside with some TV screens around the walls.

I tend to get an unusual customization on my burger and they've never gotten it wrong. The only reason I'm removing a star is because like all fast food places the fries can either be super fresh or not the freshest but they're always hot.

Oh I got my french fries hot! That is very important.there is nothing like cold Fries to ruin your meal.

This morning I went here and I asked for an iced coffee and they said "we don't have that" and I said "oh ok" and went on with my order. When I got to the window I then asked her about the Iced coffee, to see if they were out of the supplies to make it or if it was off the menu for good, she then responded very rude and bluntly to me and said "No, the night people don't make it and I'm not going to make it when I get here. " This response really made me upset soley because this is your job, I understand that you might not always want to do the things that are required, but this is your job. My job is also alot of work and things I don't want to do, as I work in a daycare facility and have 6 1yr olds by myself all day, but that is not how you talk to a customer. She could have easily said yea we ran out of the supplies and I would have went on about my day. You need to talk to your staff about their demeanor and ways they approach a conversation with a customer.

Server had the worst attitude, it sounded like it was a huge inconvenience for her to say words and we shouldn't be coming to her store. Made us wait for 20 minutes when there was no one else in the drive through and then served cold food (why the wait if it's not hot and fresh!)

Only went to this Burger King location since the McDonald's a couple blocks away had the lobby closed for some reason and the vehicle I was in couldn't fit under the drive-thru. But this Burger King was awful, as I expected. Rude staff, food cold and tasteless, about what you'd imagine the typical of Burger King to be! I think this location only stays in business because it is on Kennedy Blvd, a high traffic street. But, honestly, if Burger King went bankrupt and no longer existed, do you think more than two people in the entire world might care?

The person taking our order, over talked my husband as he was saying he only wanted a cheese whopper with tomato and a kids meal. Well they got it wrong, we are traveling, gave us no napkins but that turned out to be fine because the whopper patty was cold and watery. I pray this comment will reach the right ppl so they can tighten up and serve better cooked food.

Excellent dining room service. The burger and fries were great, however, the Coke from the self-serve machine had an off flavor.

First, I was told to wait a minute then another car pulled into a different lane and they took there order.
Second, when I asked for a receipt and I was told they just ran out of paper and they wouldn't have any more paper until the truck came the next morning.
Third, the lettuce on my sandwich seem old and the tomatoes were small in size.
Next time, I'll drive down the street to McDonald's.

Stopped around 4 pm today. I threw the fish sandwich out. It had to have been sitting on a warmer since 11 am. It was so hard and stale I couldn’t even cut it in half with a sharp knife. The new hand breaded chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh either. 20 dollars later the whole family is still hungry.

Very simple order. Paid at the first window. I waited 15 minutes after my card was charged to get my single order. No apology or anything. Looks like no one knows what they're doing in there.

One of the cleanest BK’s. Although I’ve seen 4 people only working here, the place is spotless, restrooms, lobby …etc. Thank you guys for the great experience.

We were waiting in the drive- thru for 10 min with no movement in the line so we went inside. When we got inside the manager wasn’t wearing a mask and didn’t acknowledge us at all just yelled at a worker because they didn’t lock the door. SUPER unprofessional and will never come back to this location.

Employee that took the order in the drive through sounded like she was about to fall asleep. There was a long wait. When I got around to the window to pay she did not greet me, say thank you, or any sort of goodbye. At least the order was correct and the food was fine.

Perfect char broiled hamburger with extra pickle. The fries could have been a lot larger they were about half the size of my pinkie.
