Burger King, Hollywood FL

Its 8: 52 pm waited 20 min in the drive thru line, no one answered. No cars ahead of me either. 4 cars behind me. No service. No note to say they were closed to let patrons know of early closure or general.

Drive through customer service was very rude. Not a fan talking back to anyone handling my food. Because I don’t want anything to happen to my food that I’m unaware of. But very unprofessional and needs better customer service. But food was decent.

The staff in this location needs to be REPLACED. Went through drive thru and the girl that was taking the orders (Danielle) was the worse amd very getto. She was very rude, talking over me while I was telling her my order. When we got to the window she was talking very loud, like screaming, and you can tell whatever frustraded her this morning, she was taking out on the customers. My question is, why is she working there if she clearly doesnt want to.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and they’re always so sweet and kind.the food is always fresh and they always get your order right.definitely my favorite fast food spot if just for the staff alone.also zebras ️

Very friendly staff and the food came out fast and hot. Never have I had a better experience at a Burger King. Ms. Whitney and Daniella helped me with my order. They were very friendly and welcoming, had me cracking up. I will make this my permanent location whenever I have a craving for a whopper.

I was there at 11: 15pm, 45 minutes before collapsing and they rejected my order at the drive through saying “they are only accepting DoorDash and Uber eats right now”

Lady claims to be manager complained every time we ordered or asked for a favor. Disgusting attitude credit card machine wouldn't work didn't even try to resolve and kept talking and bitch1ing around like a ho3 e and was rude to other customers they needa shut that mid BK down and roll her outta there and threw the food they were cooking away in the trash because they don't accept credit cards like frauds

I am doing deliveries with DoorDash and the employees at this Burger King are awful. They will lock the doors, and they would not post a sign to let people know is only drive through. I spent like 10 minutes on the drive through only to ask for my order.

When you ask for sourdough and they still give you a random bread that doesn't even go with the sandwich. I also asked for no pickles and got more than I usually get, almost like it was done on purpose.

Horrible customer service. I'm calling corporate.

Stopped at this Burger King for a quick breakfast. The Cuisandwich, hashbrowns and Coke were all very good. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant and men's room was clean. Would return in the future.:)

Do not go here they don’t even stay open i literally saw a guy not in his uniform go in the back and the lady worker lock the door at 11 pm

Sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes when he tells me they’re closed 10: 45 PM they’re supposed to close at midnight same negative results from Burger King

I stopped by the drive thru today 03/03/22 and the employee taking the orders (a “lady”) started screaming at me and saying that I should leave and not order anything, just because I said I wanted two combos, but then changed my mind to only sandwich and fries, no drink. She got mad because I said “no drink” and started saying that I don’t know how to talk and that I should leave. They prefer to not sell anything just because you didn’t order exactly how they expect! Horrible service!

Hi I went to this BK and. I order #1 and fries were tereble I have to come back to get my money back. The taste is like old oil. Discusting. I’m sory not recommended this place for eat or spend you money.need improvement on food
